I've had 2 procedures through Lifestyle Lift over the past two years. The first procedure was done in early 2014. The procedure cost me in the vicinity of $11,000 - $12,000, which I borrowed through a finance company recommended by Lifestyle Lift. As a result of that procedure not being totally successful, the Lifestyle Lift head office approved for part of the procedure to be done again at no cost to me in early 2015. I wish I had never done it again! The first surgeon I had in 2014 left the company within months of joining. As a result of the surgery he did I was left with one eye much puffier than the other - and it never settled down. So two mismatched eyes. I also had a very noticeable skin bulge under my chin and a large scar, which also never went down, even after 12 months. Also severe numbness up the sides of my face and around my ears which took up to 12 months to settle down. At the end of the procedure I had to be taken to the car in a wheel chair as I was unable to walk. The second surgery, done by a different surgeon in early 2015 was beyond horrendous. The meds I was given to help sedate me didn't work properly. I was in absolute agony throughout the procedure and was aware of everything. Before the procedure started I told them that the tablets they had given me hadn't taken effect and was told that they couldn't give me any more as I had the recommended dosage. The marketing that Lifestyle Lift employed was totally false. They had videos playing in their waiting room of women who had undergone procedures and who looked amazing one week afterwards! They don't tell you that you are battered, bruised and swollen beyond recognition, and that lasts for many weeks after surgery. A class action suit should definitely be brought against this company, however I believe they filed Bankruptcy in March of 2015. I wonder if it was to avoid a class action law suit? One wonders.Kim B, Phoenix AZ
