I find it interesting that the majority of before/after photos of necklift procedures always depict the patient in 2 completely different head positions. In the "before" pose they lower their head and retract the chin in order to emphasize the sagging jaw and neck area. In the "after" photo chins are held high and occasionally the jaw is thrust forward to further the results. Worse yet, is seeing a series of these head shots on a plastic surgeons' website as examples of their work!!!
