do you all think i need a tummy tuck or just to keep working out?

i was at my heaviest 240 pounds, and im down to roughly 168 pounds. does it look like im going to need the help of a tummy tuck or just keep trying to work out harder. i have a few slight stretch marks as you can see, but im very proud of the success i have had. im not as bad as some cases i have seen and maybe with the right diet and training, i can fix whats left. your thoughts?
