Dr. Rhee is amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you.

Dr Rhee is amazing. I knew from the consultation he was the doctor for me. He takes his time and really listens to you. He made me feel so calm and comfortable. I got a rhinoplasty done with him and it is amazing. He does amazing work.

Septoplasty

I should've done this YEARS ago!

I went to Dr. Rhee for a "septoplasty" to correct a life-long, deviated septum (which made breathing out of my left nostril difficult). Long story short, after 2 weeks, I could not be more pleased! I'm recovering well, and already know the procedure was a success. I am breathing SO much better! The first 2-8 days of recovery, I often felt like somebody punched me in the nose, but considering what was DONE to that nose, I'm not complaining. Also, I had definite nose bleeding the first 2 days, before it (mostly) stopped. Make sure you're not on blood thinners (like aspirin, etc) for at least 2 weeks BEFORE your procedure. Every day is getting better, and I'm so glad I got this done. Dr. Rhee did a FANTASTIC job. My highest recommendation!

I had the best experience

I consulted with several doctors throughout the Milwaukee area about rhinoplasty. Dr. Rhee was by far the best I came across in terms of bedside manner and experience. In fact, I almost decided not to go through with the procedure because I didn't feel comfortable with my consultations with the other surgeons. Then I met Dr. Rhee and knew I was in skilled hands. Eventually I did go through with the surgery and my results are fabulous. He took wonderful care of me and I would absolutely recommend him. I'm beyond thrilled with my results. Best decision ever!

Septorhinoplasty - Milwaukee, WI

I deviated my septum in an accident which affected my breathing and am hoping to increase the quality of my sleep as well as possibly increasing athletic performance. I want an aesthetic change as well. I went to Dr. Rhee for a second opinion. The first MD I saw and who I already scheduled a surgery with was a well-known, respected plastics MD in Milwaukee who I still felt slightly uneasy about. Dr. Rhee was a total 180 for me from my first consultation, he has amazing bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things I didn't even notice or think about . He made me feel incredibly safe and not at all self-conscious or rushed while discussing the aesthetic part of the procedure like other doctors have made me feel and was enjoyable to talk to. I'm leaving the country for a year soon so he convinced me to wait before I have the procedure so he could keep an eye on me during the healing and do the necessary follow-ups (cortisone injections, etc). I'm actually moving to his native country and he even mentioned that he knew doctors there that he could contact to help me in the follow-up process because I am so anxious to have it done but I'm glad he convinced me to wait until I'm back. This is the first review I have ever written for a MD but John S Rhee definitely deserves a top-shelf doctor review. I have researched almost every MD in the Milwaukee area who performs this procedure. I'm sending my brother to him who is in need of a doctor for a septoplasty also.

Septorhinoplasty and bilateral earlobe repair - Milwaukee, WI

Three years ago, I got a septorhinoplasty. Before, my nose was severely crooked and my septum was also badly deviated due to an injury I sustained when I was 12. I was so happy with the result until I bumped my nose 2 weeks post op. So now (3 years later) I am finally getting rid of the bump which has haunted me since! Updated on 6 Nov 2013: So 7 years ago I gauged my ears. Should've listened to my Mother and not done it! Because now, 7 years later, I decided to get them fixed. I was thinking of doing it with my septorhinoplasty in March but the price of doing it under anesthesia is 2x as much! So I decided to do it in the clinic with no anesthesia except the local of course. My same surgeon, Dr. Rhee, is doing it. I can't wait to schedule the procedure and have cute little earlobes again. I've longed to wear ear rings for so long. I can't wait!
