Has great attention to detail and gives an absolutely beautiful end result

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Pafford, and I can confidently say that she is a remarkable plastic surgeon who deserves extreme recognition. I contacted Quintessa to get a consultation for neck lipo and Buccal fat removal and apon seeing my facial injury from a dog bite Dr pafford was happy to evaluate it on the spot for me. I was told by the hospital plastic...

Breast augmentation experience was so easy! I had minimal pain

Highly recommend Dr. Butz! I was going between two different surgeons and ultimately picked Dr Butz because he had such great reviews and I’m so glad that I did! The whole experience was so easy. I had minimal pain. The results are exactly what I had hoped for.

Lift/reduction resulting in perfect D cup - perky, lifted & smaller breasts

Dr. Butz was a pleasure to work with and I’m very happy with my breast reduction results. I’d been to several other doctors for consultations and didn’t feel excited about any of the options I was being given. I wanted a breast reduction, but still wanted fuller breasts. Dr. Butz did a lift/reduction resulting in a perfect D cup. Other doctors really pushed for implants, but I just didn’...

Jawline & neck tightness - great facility, staff & very skilled surgeon

Dr Pafford performed two procedures for me. One was a chin lift and those results are amazing. Everything was done for my comfort both physically and mentally. Dr Pafford was there to explain everything as we went. The second procedure was Ellecorr. I was skeptical that the results would be as advertised but I couldn’t be happier with my jaw line and neck tightness. Great care was t...

Q: 11 months post op - What can be done to minimize redness behind my ears? (photos)
Answered by Dr. CampbellApril 16, 2024

A: Looks like you have some scarring, especially on the left side. If that area is raised and firm, I'd recommend a steroid injection. It's not unusual for scars to be pink for up to a year. Hopefully the color will improve in the near future. If not, lasers can definitely help. We usually use broad band light to help reduce the pink if it's still present after a year. Q: Halo/BBL left me with more pigmentation. What can I do about it? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CampbellApril 8, 2024

A: Because you had a "quite aggressive" treatment you created some unwanted pigment. Interestingly, another Halo can actually make things much better. A lighter, less aggressive Halo can help allow the abnormal excess pigment a way out. Talk to your provider. Andrew Campbell, M.D. Facial Rejuvenation Specialist Quintessa

Q: Is it better to do all face procedures at the same time?
Answered by Dr. CampbellFebruary 29, 2024

A: I don't think that the aesthetic outcome would be different if you separated the procedures but I personally like doing everything at once simply because there is only one downtime for the patient. I also feel doing them all at once retains facial harmony, in that everything matches. When you do one area, then later do another, between those procedures things don't really match. Andrew Campbell, M.D. Facial Rejuvenation Specialist Quintessa

Q: Facelift compression and claustrophobia - Is it possible to skip the compression garment?
Answered by Dr. CampbellFebruary 27, 2024

A: I have treated many patients with claustrophobia and in some, they can tolerate the pressure dressing over night, but can't wear the elastic bandage after that. Others can't stand the pressure dressing at all. I would discuss this with your surgeon. If you have severe claustrophobia and won't tolerate the pressure dressing at all, I would have no problem just leaving a drain in and not use the pressure dressing. If you think you could tolerate the dressing overnight, I would do that, knowing that you may need to remove it. Remember, the pressure dressing is not covering the front of your face, just the sides. Andrew Campbell, M.D. Facial Rejuvenation Specialist Quintessa

Q: Lower skin pinch - am I a good candidate? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PaffordFebruary 23, 2024

A: Looking at your last picture I would recommend lower lid resurfacing with erbium laser over a lower lid skin pinch. It tightens skin, builds collagen, and would help with some of the deeper lines heading towards the cheek. There is a little more down time with the erbium laser lower lid resurfacing compared to a lower lid skin pinch, but I think you would get amazing results base off the posted picture.
