From start to finish, everything was explained in detail and he was able to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot. I got a breast augmentation. Beforehand, he noticed some lumps and had me do an ultrasound to ensure they were benign. Once cleared, everything proceeded without a hitch. The recovery was even great, I stopped the strong pain meds after about two days. The entire experience was great, and now, about 6 years later, I have absolutely no complaints. The size is perfect, the scars are barely there, and I have had no complications to date. Dr. Moosavi and his staff made sure that I always felt comfortable and was well-informed!

They were thorough, friendly and very professional. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they knew what I wanted and to make sure we were on the same page with expectations on the outcome. The surgery day was smooth and I felt just fine when it was all over. It's been over a year now and I got exactly what I asked for!!! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

I am doing this review because I have searched on here endlessly and have been able to find a lot of answers but I have also struggled with finding specifics. I want to help others with the Information I found hard to find. I am in my mid 40's. I am 5'1" and 113 lbs. I currently am to big for an A cup but too small for a B. I wear an extra small sports bra. My BWD is 11.5. I knew I wanted upper pole and side fullness and opted for HP silicone. I can be difficult and indecisive and needed several visits to be sure of my choice. Dr Moosavi and his staff have been very patient and kind! He has explained everything to me multiple times. My surgery is in the morning and I am not as nervous as I thought I would be and I think that is because I really trust my doctor. Updated on 2 Dec 2020: Updated on 2 Dec 2020: Updated on 3 Dec 2020: Updated on 5 Dec 2020: Yesterday the pain didn’t seem bad so I got up and did things around the house a bit more than I probably should have. In the evening I was able to shower. For me this was a bad experience. Once the post surgery bra was removed the pressure was unbearable. My husband had to shower me as I could do nothing but stand there and cry. Once I was able to put the bra back on the pain and pressure was relieved. If possible prepare for someone to help you with your first shower. Most of today I was ok but this even started having a lot of upper pole pain on one side and muscle spasms. Updated on 7 Dec 2020: My left side is giving me more trouble than my right. It is sitting higher and is larger (I am assuming more swollen). It is causing more pain than the right side. This morning I attempted to do my first massage but as a began I became nauseous and light headed. I was unable to continue with the massage. I came back to work today but am unsure of how long I will last today. Updated on 7 Dec 2020: The pain continued throughout the day. My husband again had to shower me. I have more mobility on my right side but the pressure is so bad with the bra off that I just couldn’t do it myself. I do feel the look of my breast’s are changing and looking a bit better Updated on 9 Dec 2020: I had contacted My Dr.’s office because of the pain I am having in my left side so they had me come in. I am very happy with Dr. Moosavi’s office. All of his staff have been wonderful. Denise the nurse practitioner is very thorough. She ruled out all problems today. I am having an increase in swelling and inflammation in my left side but nothing to be worried about. I am actually feeling a bit better this evening. She was very kind today and takes all complaints of discomfort seriously. I highly recommend this office! Updated on 31 Jan 2021: I have reached 8 weeks. I am back to working out and feel completely healed. My doctor did an amazing job with incisions. I can not see scares at all and the underneath incisions lined up perfectly with the crease to go completely unnoticed. I know in the beginning I complained of some issues but that can happen to anyone no matter how good your doctor is. Dr. Moosavi’s office handles all of my concerns wonderfully. I could not be happier with this office.

Dr. Moosavi and his staff are among the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable practitioners that I have encountered. Dr. Moosavi is genuinely compassionate and concerned with his patients' physical and emotional wellbeing. His surgical expertise is evident from the first appointment and continuing through the results of the surgery. The staff are responsive, accommodating, polite, and experts in their respective positions. I am one month post-op and am extremely pleased!

I am one month post op. My experience and results are absolutely phenomenal! The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Dr. Moosavi is very easy to talk with and delivered the exact results I wanted. The best money I've ever spent on myself!

His staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful for any extra questions and tips. I can’t imagine having a better breast reduction experience. It does not get any better than this!!

I can't say enough about this doctor and his staff. From the first phone call I knew I really favored this office. A lot of other offices I called were rude and short, not at Ultimate. They are all so welcoming and kind. I had scheduled a BA with another doctor and paid for it, I felt uneasy about it for my own reasons, so I went on the hunt for another doctor. I found Dr. Moosavi while looking on Google, I listened to his Podcasts, and watched his news clip, I already knew I liked him before I met him, and meeting him in person honestly exceeded my already high expectations. He fit me in last minute and has worked with me so much! His staff has remained in contact with me through the process and they have made me feel welcomed and at ease. I am a worrier, and I had overly researched Breast Augmentation and knew probably more than I would like to. I was so paranoid about the procedure and honestly having second thoughts, but when I went for my consult with Dr. Moosavi all my doubts were gone. He explained everything to me and answered every question I had before even asking the question, he provided me with absolutely everything I needed to know about implants, the good and the bad. I haven't had my procedure done but it is scheduled and I am in no way nervous like I was, I am actually looking forward to it, what a relief this man and his staff was for my anxieties.

Dr Moosavi and his staff was excellent very down to earth and easy to talk to. I couldn’t be anymore please with my surgery. They took their time and explained everything in detail. There was never a wait more than 10 minutes, very clean facility.

I couldn't be happier. Dr. Moosavi has the best bedside manner. He is personable, relatable, never rushes you, makes sure you are well informed and have realistic expectations. He comes highly recommended by all the staff at the surgical hospital and is an absolute perfectionist. Updated on 17 Nov 2019: From right after to healed up.... I had zero complications. 1st drain cane out at 1 week. 2nd drain came out at 9 days. Back to work at 10 days post op. The man is a genius!!! Scars are continuing to fade. Breasts look sooo natural....and better shape than when I was even a teenager!

I am a 31 year old mother of two kids. I breastfed both of my children. I breastfed my son for 10 months and my daughter for over a year. I am 5’8” and 135lbs. Before my surgery I was a 34B, but my breasts did not fill up my B cup bra. I had several friends who had excellent experiences with Dr. Moosavi. I met with Dr. Moosavi several times before my surgery. His staff went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I lost my voice the day before my surgery. Stephanie, Dr. Moosavi’s staff member, text me early in the morning (2am) to bring me piece of mind about my surgery. Several staff members followed up with me in the days following my surgery. I am a little more than a week post surgery. I am still swollen, but I am so pleased with my results! I highly recommend Dr. Moosavi. He is a wonderful surgeon. He is very approachable. Dr. Moosavi feels more like a friend than a scary doctor.
