Where do I begin? Dr. Champaneria is AMAZING! I had been interested in breast augmentation surgery for many years and finally had the courage to move forward and search for a suitable doctor to help me achieve my ultimate look. Dr. Champ was recommended to me by a friend of a friend who had nothing but outstanding things to say about his phenomenal work and attention to detail as well as his genuine compassion for his patients. I met Dr. Champ during my first consultation and I immediately knew he was the one for the job. He made me feel more comfortable than I could have possibly imagined it would be to talk to a stranger about giving me bigger, fuller breasts. Through the whole process, I felt safe and at ease and I really enjoyed his supportive and lighthearted personality when discussing such personal topics as breast size and potential risks about the procedure. During my pre-op appointment, I got to try on some different types of implants and he gave me the utmost confidence that the ones I chose were suitable for my desired look as well as a healthy and safe option for my body. By the time I was ready for surgery, I had absolutely zero doubts that I had chosen the best doctor to do this for me. I ended up getting 450cc silicone implants which I absolutely LOVE! They look and feel so natural as if my body is finally proportioned to how it should have been my whole life. Dr. Champ understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and he delivered just that. With his keen attention to detail and his artistic touch, I really couldn't be happier with the results. And I had fun along the journey! Dr. Champaneria is probably one of the best doctors I've ever interacted with. He truly took time to listen and to answer ALL of my *many* questions. I had double incision top surgery and felt cared for and respected every step of the way. I was incredibly pleased with the overall experience. I would (and do) highly recommend him to anyone who wants top surgery in San Diego. I was also very pleased with the office/Christina's responsiveness and the nurses I interacted with.

Dr. Champaneria was referred to me by an excellent surgeon, and although I did not know him, I am extremely happy that I was lucky enough to get the “Champ” for my reconstruction. From the very first appointment after I was told I needed a mastectomy and through three surgeries and recoveries, Dr. Champaneria has showed empathy in diligently explaining the procedures and options and answering every question. My last surgery was postponed due to COVID-19. When a surgery date was obtained for me in May 2020, I refused it in fear, but Dr. Champaneria contacted me personally to explain the COVID-19 procedures and made me feel comfortable that the surgery would be safe. Dr. Champaneria is BLESSED with so many incredible gifts and for that I am grateful! I had a ruptured implant that needed immediate surgery. I knew nothing about him, but he made feel so confident in what he was going to do to replace my implants. The final result was OUTSTANDING and I couldn't be happier!! I can not speak more highly of Dr. Champeneria. He is an exceptional plastic surgeon who is extremely talented at his skills. In addition, he has a way of connecting with his patients and making them feel at ease with their medical journey. I first met Dr. Champeneria five days before my preventive mastectomy. Due to some unforeseen circumstances of having to change doctors last minute, he guided me with medical knowledge and kindness in order to make informed decisions of what choices I had and what was best for me. When I decided to move forward with an elective abdominoplasty, I of course went to see Dr. Champeneria to complete the procedure. Once again he educated me on the procedure, recovery and results prior to the surgery. The day of the surgery he continued to make me feel at ease and guided me through my recovery with full success. Of course I am thrilled with the results! His post operative care (including his nurses and office staff) was outstanding. He takes the time to educate you about your health and make you feel at ease. His team showed tremendous care for my physical and emotional well being through the mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery. I can not speak more highly of Dr. Champeneria and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for either preventative or elective plastic surgery.

I had a mole on my face that had grown, but I was afraid to have it removed because of the scar it would leave. Dr. Champaneria and his staff were pleasant and caring and put me at ease about having the procedure done. I expected to have to wait several weeks before seeing a positive result, but Dr. C’s work was so precise that within two weeks, I was already pleased by the results. It has now been two months and I would have to point out the scar for anyone to notice it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
