I am a vain person. Nothing but the best would do for my face lift. I found the best of the best in Dr. Archibald! Two years ago he closed a Mohs surgery site on my nose. The scar was mostly invisible. To reduce a gaping hole to a line the width of a hair takes incredible skill!! I am beyond happy with my facelift results. It is my opinion that in 2 weeks post surgery, I already look 15 years younger. I have the neck of a 40 year old woman. The staff, Cathie, Trey, and Adrian are amazing! I was made to feel like the most important woman in the world. All questions were answered, and phone calls were returned promptly. After care at the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital was extraordinary. A huge shout out to Mary Rose, Brenda, and the rest of the staff who took care of me post-op. I absolutely recommend Dr. Archibald and his team!!

Dr. David J. Archibald and his team came highly recommended by a friend of mine as well as by another professional reference for CO2 laser treatment. I had extensive sun damage, acne scars and lost elasticity due to smoking as a young woman. Given the trauma I expected to experience from this procedure (think aggressive treatment) I felt it absolutely necessary to trust in my surgeon's ability to perform. Dr. Archibald's level of precision are immediately apparent from the initial consultation. His genteel nature comforting, both during and after a largely uncomfortable treatment. The treatment itself is not for the faint of heart (feels like getting a tattoo on your face lol). The recovery is unnerving (expect significant swelling, redness, scaliness, dryness, itching and second guessing your decision to go through with the treatment. YIKES! But the results are remarkable, the staff reassuring, and the doctor - highly capable. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Archibald to anyone desiring to turn back the clock just a tad ;) I have no regrets.... -Castle Rock, CO

Dr Archibald did a brow lift, blepharoplasty and CO2 Laser. I have been extremely impressed with the results! He had an awesome bedside manner, very respectful and informative. Dr. Archibald is an 'earth angel'. His caring, professional attitude is apparent, the moment he begins to ask you questions about your specific situation. I had my thyroid removed in 2 separate surgeries (malignant tumors). This left a significant amount of "bumpy"scar tissue, that somehow became infected, internally. I was lucky enough to have this treated in a timely manner, After the infection had calmed down, I was referred to Dr. Archibald, and he told me he would be able to remove the "bumpy" scar tissue, and make my neck 'pretty' again. He did that, and more. My neck is now very smooth, and it is almost impossible to see the surgical scar. He is an expert in his work. I found him to be a very sincere, and caring person, and physician. It is wonderful that he is continuing his work in Colorado, but we miss him, here in Spokane!

I cannot say enough good things about the care and results I received from Dr. Archibald and his assistant, Flora, in the repair of my nose after having skin cancer removed. They were very throrough in explaining how the surgery would proceed and the pros and cons of my likely alternatives, so that I felt well informed and prepared to make the right decision. They were very timely and responsive to my questions and I am very pleased with the results.

He is amazing! I also had a CO2 treatment and He recently removed a cyst on my neck. His work is truly amazing! His pricing is fair and he is a true artist! He is honest and open from start to finish and has a sweet bedside manner! I would never go anywhere else but to Dr. Archibald. I plan on scheduling another surgery in the near future.

After getting over the initial shock of a cancer diagnosis, my wife and I worried about the long term prognosis and potential disfigurement of surgical removal from such a prominent locations on my face. Thanks to Dr. Archibald's knowledge and skill, I am cancer free and have no noticeable scarring. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I had a scar on my forehead from an earlier accident. It was thick and puffy and just looked nasty. Dr. Archibald met with me to discuss removal of the scar and I was extremely impressed with him and his staff. I was really pleased with how friendly, caring and professional everyone was at their clinic. The surgical procedure was totally painless and after healing for a while, the former scar location is almost completely invisible.

After years of treatment for a malignant brain tumor, I developed significant eyelid sagging as well as a right eye ptosis. Dr. Archibald and his office went to bat for me and obtained insurance approval for bilateral upper blepharoplasty and right direct brow lift. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Archibald answered all of my questions from beginning to end. His office staff are THE BEST! Dr. Archibald was honest with me about the fact that direct brow lift (my only option because of my brain cancer) would leave a visible scar. Three weeks post op, my eyes are open, my eyebrows are symmetrical, I can see better and the scar is BARELY visible with makeup. I am a surgery Nurse and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Archibald and his staff!!

Dr. Archibald & his staff were great. The office staff were professional and my overall experience was excellent. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and would definitely go back again for another facial. I'm glad I found this office and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family.
