There is NO physician in the World in any field who can come remotely close to DR Chesnut's surgical skills nor his patient care. To even put him in the category of plastic surgeon is unfair as he transcends his field and resides in the world of fine art. Rarely does anyone exceed expectations but Dr Chesnut and his staff set their own bar which will most certainly be only surpassed by themselves. I am 10 months out from my eye surgery and I am elated and was from the day after surgery. No one can achieve results like this man. I would never allow another doctor to touch me.....I loved the whole process and I adore, respect and revere this brilliant , humble artist to no end.

I saw Dr.Chestnut for a fat transfer and CO2 laser procedure starting in 2021. I had severe chicken pox scarring on my face from childhood and went to multiple Med Spas in Spokane, Liberty Lake, and North Idaho searching for solutions to soften the scarring and discoloration. I tried micro needling with no results and then was referred to Dr.Chestnut. My initial consultation he was very clear with me that my scars would never be completely gone but our long term goal was to get them softened as much as possible. I had one fat transfer and three CO2 laser sessions and two years later my skin looks incredible! I have multiple smaller pox scars that are completely gone and the larger ones are barely visible. It was a long road of multiple recoveries, but I would do it all over again just to get these results. Dr.Chestnut personalized my procedure to me and continued to work at the stubborn scars every time I came back in. Shelby, was absolutely incredible in making me feel so comfortable and texting me afterwards to check in on me. I am beyond grateful to Dr.Chestnut and his whole team for helping me find the confidence in my facial appearance that I desired!

I had Mohs surgery August 8th. Still early. Dr Chestnut was great at explaining the procedure to me and putting me at ease. It was a very difficut area and required a skin graf. I do not know the final outcome as he told me it would be 4 to 6 months of healing. So far it is going well. and looking good.His staff was wonderful and I definately reccommend Dr. Chestnut. I had additonal biopsy done while I was there and I am going back for another mohs surgery with Dr. Chesnut in about a month in a different area. I feel very good about the results .

I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma and needed follow-up MOHS surgery. I chose Dr. Chesnut to perform the surgery and he did it expertly. I was slightly anxious but Dr. Chesnut and his staff walked me through what to expect before, during and after the procedure. Their knowledgeable, professional and caring approach put me at ease and assured me I’d made the right choice. Additionally, the scarring is nearly nonexistent and there was zero discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Chesnut and Clinic 5C. From the initial consultation to the procedure, everything was 5 star. Not only is he a skilled surgeon but genuinely a kind person who truly cares about his patients. The fat transfer procedure I had done was minor in the big scheme of things but nonetheless, I was so nervous to have anything done for fear of looking “overdone”. My first interaction with Dr. Chesnut was the in-office consultation where he took a little over an hour to answer anything and everything for me. I never once felt rushed or like any question I asked was stupid. I know he is extremely busy but he really makes you feel like you are his only patient. In the months leading up to the procedure I emailed more questions to his office and he promptly answered those as well. The day of the procedure Dr. Chesnut came in and did another thorough exam/ consultation and made sure we were on the same page and again answered more of my questions, making me trust him and feel totally comfortable. The day after, I went back to the office and did the hyperbaric chamber as well as the IV vitamins and was taken excellent care of by his staff. One-month post procedure, Dr. Chesnut personally texts you to find out how you are doing and again asks if need anything or have any questions (by this point, I was all out of questions but appreciated the follow-up). Besides being a master of his craft, I think all of these things are what sets him apart from the others. I am extremely happy with my natural results and would highly recommend Dr. Chesnut to anyone looking to have a cosmetic procedure done.

Dr. Chesnut changed my life! I had a benign tumor removed from my face, it left a large dent in my cheek due to fat dying off from a hematoma. After a consultation with Dr. Chesnut from a referral by a friend in the medical community, I decided to invest in him to help. Although I'm very grateful my tumor was benign, it was definitely discouraging to see myself "deformed." He suggested a fat transfer and told me I may need 2 or 3 over a 5 year period. After one procedure, he broke up the scar tissue and went through with one fat transfer, which almost brought me back to my normal self. I can't say enough about his skill and professionalism. He helped me feel "normal" again, able to feel less self conscious and over come what I thought was a life altering situation.
