Dr.Miles is unsurpassed as a professional expert in her field. She is extremely caring and compassionate and has a competent and kind medical team. I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years for breast cancer reconstruction. She has always provided excellent and innovative care and treatment. I can’t say enough good things about her.

As an older woman with disintegrating implants, I had concerns about my options and possible results. I expected to find a surgeon who was competent and professional. And I relied on personal recommendations followed by my own research. But Dr. Miles exceeded my expectations!! She listened to me, offered options, and explained the reasoning behind each option. She is a total professional and a fantastic surgeon. She is extremely competent, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and down to earth. Her surgical team was equally superb. I had so much confidence in all of them and their teamwork, I knew I was in good hands. And, when I submitted post-surgery questions on MyChart, her staff responded immediately with answers. My results? Fantastic!! I am so pleased to have chosen Dr. Miles. I could not have expected a better outcome.

My apt. with Dr. Miles was awesome. Her bedside manners were greatly appreciated. She answered all of my questions and kept me her honest opinion without trying to go change my mind on what I wanted to have done. I look forward to seeing her again at Mysore op-pt next Friday.

She is absolutely amazing!!! My last surgeon (for lack of kinder words) really screwed up my reconstruction and didn’t want to listen to me about my symptoms. By the time Dr. Miles got in there- ruptured implant leaking into my chest cavity! Dr. Miles’ bedside manner, care, knowledge, surgery, after-care.... absolutely MAGNIFICENT! I couldn’t be happier for all treatment and care plan(s) leading to and follow-up surgical appointments! She has kept me informed, gave me my options, and let ME decide what I wanted to do (that is -yes- safe and within reason for the best outcome) Some doctors give you options- but then “convince” you “this is the best way” = “this is the way I am going to do the surgery and don’t really want your opinion”... Dr. Miles really listens and cares about your thoughts and whether you are happy with the plan of care! I have raved about her to anyone who will listen! Absolutely wonderful provider and amazing surgeon! I wish I had requested care from her sooner! Sidenote: her ENTIRE team is fantastic! From Rashida, Juanita, Virginia, to her PA Christy!!!! My doctor found cancer on my right breast last year, fortunately it was caught early at stage 1A. They performed a lumpectomy and got it all. Thank God! However, the breasts were uneven after the surgery. I waited a year for everything to heal and settled down from the radiation. I went to see Dr. Wandra Miles, she was recommended to me by my oncologist. Dr. Miles was wonderful from day one, she was warm, very compassionate and understanding. She explained the surgery to me, since I only had one breast that was operated on; she recommended to lift both breasts to make it even without any implants. The surgery was done on Sept. 4th; I am still healing, it has only been 2 months since the surgery, but I can see the end result is beautiful. For me the surgery has lifted my spirit and gave me my confidence back, because as we all know, going through cancer is a very difficult journey. It gave me something to smile about. I love Dr Miles and her staff. They were wonderful and helpful to me. In fact, I love all my Swedish doctors who helped me through this journey. I am forever grateful to all of them.

Dr Miles was extremely knoledgable and explained every step of my two step reconstructive surgery to my husband & I. She took the time to find out about my lifestyle and partnered with me to help make the best decisions for me. Her office staff was caring and very professional as well. I feel extremely lucky to have had Dr Miles perform my surgeries.
