Radical Closure of Neck Surgical Site After Moh's Surgery

I had an extensive Moh's surgery procedure for a BCC on my neck that lasted all day. At the end, they decided I needed a more experienced surgeon to perform the close. They called Dr. Lee and he agreed to see me. I was concerned that I would need a skin graft to cover the surgical site. Dr. Lee was able to perform magic and surgically closed the site without a problem. After a few months, the suture lines are hidden by the creases in my neck and are hardly visible. I had excellent post-op care and follow-up during my recovery time. I am glad Dr. Lee was available to take on my case. I am very impressed.

After MOHS Skin Graft

My dermatologist performed MOHS surgery removing 2 basal cell carcinomas from my nose. Same day he sent me over to Dr. Lee for skin grafting. Dr. Lee did an excellent job. The grafts are virtually invisible to the naked eye. They were so good, that I chose to not have follow up laser treatments.

The Doctor with the Mostest

Dr samson Lee is the BEST!! After my first surprise skin cancer surgery in March 2014 Dr Lee had the job of putting back together the left side of my face including the eye area. He was so kind and caring throughout the ordeal which included many follow up treatments. In October of 2015 a totally shocking discovery was made that the right side of my face now had an even larger area of skin cancer. Dr Lee was kind enough to accept my case and perform his magic to put the right side of my face which included more eye repairs back together. Again many follow up procedures where needed. All of them handled with extreme skill, kindness and compassion. It is now almost three years since my first surgery. I look good after such a challenging journey thanks you Dr Lee. I have recommend him so many time to friends and acquaintances. Dr Lee is the BEST!!!

Facial Surgery After Skin Cancer Removal - Issaquah, WA

Dr Lee had to do a rather large facial surgery after skin cancer was removed. The area was about the size of a 50 cent piece and quite deep. At first I was nervous and a bit upset about the appearance of my forehead. There were a lot of stitches that covered a large area. The outcome has been remarkable. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone. His work is amazing. Just follow directions for after care Beth Medearis

Revision Rhinoplasty

Very Complicated Revision Rhinoplasty - Issaquah, WA

An ENT when I was much younger offered to do a rhinoplasty at the same time I had sinus surgery, and not knowing better, I took him up on it. Needless to say, the results were horrible. My nose was badly misshapen for sixteen years, and my nasal passages were warped. I had horrible tip bossae, sagging of my septum, and pretty much everything was asymmetrical. Understandably, I was quite anxious about risking further damage; any surgeon will tell you that revision rhinoplasties are very difficult. My surgery was quite complicated, in that there was *significant* damage to the cartilage inside my nose (we weren't sure exactly how much until surgery). Fortunately, there was enough mangled cartilage left that we didn't need to take any from my ear. I had chosen a doctor who I felt confident could handle such a tricky, meticulous procedure, and I'm very glad I did. The first week of recovery was, I won't lie, awful. Nothing to do with the doctor--just the procedure, and the fact it was done over a holiday weekend meant I had to wait an extra two days or so to have the internal splints removed. The irritation caused by the splints produced enormous quantities of bloody mucus that I had to spit out every fifteen minutes, which meant I couldn't sleep. Once the splints were out, as promised, recovery was basically a breeze. I'm about six months post-surgery, and my nose looks and feels great. The changes are remarkable to me, and friends and family have all commented that my nose looks completely natural for my face. I was told it would look "significantly better" than what it looked like pre-surgery, and that's exactly what I got. Not fake perfection, just a nose that suits my face (looks a lot like it did when I was a kid, only better), and for lack of a better phrase, has structural integrity. I took my time looking into physicians, and chose a doctor who had excellent credentials, honors, and associations. Because the issue impeded my breathing, we were able to obtain proof of that for insurance, and the bulk of my surgery was covered. Other doctors I considered (with similar backgrounds) didn't even mention that as a possibility. When choosing a doctor, I'd recommend keeping their business model in mind!

Rhinoplasty - I am really happy with the result - Bellevue, WA

Dr. Lee did a truly outstanding job - I am really happy with the result and the level of expertise he showed. Warning - rhinoplasty comes with some swelling of the nose tip which last up to a year. I'm now 2/3 of year after surgery and seeing the results slowly take shape. It takes patience, but I am glad I went through with the surgery.

Skin Cancer Nose Surgery - Issaquah, WA

I have had at least three skin surgeries (Moh's) on my nose. Each time Dr. Samson Lee has done the repair including skin grafts. He is an expert when it comes to the nose. He is a warm, caring doctor. He takes the time to see that I am happy with the final results which sometimes take many visits. I recommend him to anyone needing his experience and care.

Amazing Doctor. Really Cares About His Patients, and Has Fantastic Results! - Seattle, WA

I recently had a rhinoplasty surgery done by Dr. Lee. I am three months into recovery, and I could not be happier with the results. My nose looks so natural and it turned out just like we discussed. Dr. Lee is such a great doctor because he will not do anything too extreme to make a nose look like it has gone through surgery. My nose looks like it belongs on my face, its perfect.

I am not satisfied with the end result

The doctor was nice and answered my questions when I asked. However, I am not satisfied with the end result (a little over a year since the surgery). The good – I like the nose tip as its smaller and less droopy now. Everything else is not great and more on the frustrating side. The doctor used implant from the hump and up, however we never discussed that before the surgery, and it was not depicted on the pictures he provided before the surgery. This implant made the top of the nose higher and wider and the whole nose looking longer in general. The implant was placed off center which makes my nose look a bit crooked now. The sides of the nose are uneven and asymmetrical, and one side is bumpier. The hump was literally shaved off and look flat. The sense of smell is worst now – I can’t truly enjoy food as I used to.
