5 out of 5 stars Fraxel Laser

Great experience with Fraxel Dual treatments

I saw Dr Heffernan a few years ago for a blepharoplasty to correct my droopy, aging eyelids and was surprised to learn a year ago that he also does Fraxel treatments in his office. I was nervous to have the first treatment but have now had three and am very happy with the results. I had pigmentation issues, large pores and acne scars. As I've gotten older, all had become more noticeable. ...

Wonderful team

I was a victim of acne hence was left with scarrings on my upper back and chest. I went in to see Dr. Heffernan for couple treatments, with every treatment i've seen more and more improvements. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I have gained a lot of confidence back ever since my last visit. thank you all!

Glad I had the procedures performed

Dr. Heffernan is a no nonsense-get things done sort of fellow. Office staff are exceptional and very considerate and polite. I had both upper and lower eyelids done. I am very happy with the outcome.

Puffy Under, Droopey over Eyelids Gone Forever. Seattle, WA

In my 50's I discovered I had inherited my mother's eyes. At 64, I decided to fix them. After interviewing three different plastic surgeons, my husband and I agreed it would be Dr. Heffernan, an oculoplastic surgeon. This decision was based on his thorough explanations (yes, part of the problems were inherited), his calm and thoughtful manner, and, frankly because all he does are eyes, so he...

57 Year Old with Sun Damage and Fine Lines from Aging - Seattle, WA

I am 57 years old. Was starting to see age spots from sun exposure over the years and fine lines from aging. I've been getting fraxel's on my face and hands from Dr Heffernan for three years now. So happy with the results. I've had some comments from my son's friends that they can't believe I'm almost 60.

56 Years Old- Wanted Botox to Soften Lines Around my Eyes and Forehead. - Seattle, WA

Dr. Heffernan is experienced in Botox injections. He knows where and how much Botox to inject. Listens to his patients about the results expected and will work with you to achieve the best results. I recently had a dermatologist, who's office was closer to where I live, give me my last Botox injections and the results were not only terrible, they were also much more painful. I trust Dr....

Eyelid Ptosis, Recurring. - Seattle, WA

For the second time in 20 years, my eyelids became very droopy and eye doctor urged me to have corrective surgery to improve my line of sight. Dr Heffernan came highly recommended and scheduled surgery quickly. The procedure was quick and painless, the recovery (which was not bad) took about 2-3 weeks, and the final result has been the ability to see far better. I also like the way my eyes...

Upper & Lower Eyelid Surgery (50 Year Old Female) - Seattle, WA

I had been starting to notice signs of aging around my eyes. The upper lids were super baggy and I couldn't put on mascara above my eyelids and my lower lids were getting puffy. I didn't want to look like I had had any work done but I also wanted to feel better about the aging process. I love my results - very natural.
