This is a necessary procedure when you find basal cell on your nose. This is a painless procedure done in office and it took about 1.5 hrs with 2 passes. Meaning they had to scoop 2 sets of layers to get all the cancer. This left about a pinky finger nail sized hole on my nose. Because of this, I had plastic surgery the next day to cover the hole.
