I went to Dr. Jacobson for my first ever Botox treatment in September. I was very nervous as it was my first time receiving any kind of neurotoxin. She had excellent bedside manner and really made me comfortable with the idea of Botox injections. A week later is when my full results set in and I absolutely LOVE them!!! Because of this amazing experience, I decided to go back and get lip filler done yesterday, also for the first time. Again, Dr. J was so reassuring and knew exactly how to achieve the natural look and enhancement I wanted. It’s Day 2 and I’m already loving my results! If you’re like me and weary to try cosmetics, don’t be! Dr. J is the best and will help you look and feel your best too!!! I can’t wait for future procedures with her.

I went to see Dr. Jacobson based on a friend's recommendation regarding broken blood vessels on my cheeks, nose, and chin which were causing me to be very self-conscious. I was applying concealer to cover the unsightly reddness whenever I went out in public. Dr. Jacobson recommended the v-beam laser to correct my skin tone and zap away the ugly blood vessels. She was very honest in letting me know it would take 2-3 treatments spaced 1 month apart to achieve the desired outcome I wanted. After my first treatment, I was over the moon with the results. She was meticulous treating every visible vein and not rushing me through my appointment. It also gave me a level of comfort knowing I was having the procedure done by a dermatologist versus an esthetician.

I saw Dr. Laurie Jacobson as a first time patient for having any cosmetic work done (fillers, botox). Her work was very good, subtle and natural. I would definitely see her again and would highly recommend.

I had read that Total FX was the gold standard for laser. I researched dermatologists all over the Seattle area. I couldn't be happier with my choice.Dr Jacobson was so sweet before, during and after the procedure. She was very patient with all my questions and answered her emails right away. I never felt rushed at the consultations.The procedure itself was totally painless, thanks to her.I had heard horror stories about the pain associated with this laser. But she made sure she numbed my whole face, neck and chest and she also gave me some pain medicine.Before I knew it, it was over.I'm already happy with the results and I know it's going to get better over the months.I feel that I can totally trust Dr Jacobson as she is highly knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and sets realistic expectations. She is the best, personality and work wise.I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable dermatologist.

I am very happy with my results and only wish I had done this sooner! I had an implant placed in my nose last year to give me more of a bridge. This implant left my nose with a depression in the middle where the implant ended. Dr. Laurie Jacobson was gentle and did a great job injecting the Juvederm filler to fill in the depression and smooth out the overall appearance of my nose. I did not experience any bruising and very little swelling.

I had this procedure two days ago, and don't yet know how I will turn out. I mainly wanted to address crepiness under my eyes when I smile. Otherwise, I have very few noticeable wrinkles. I am 56 and hated those areas that "wadded up" under my eyes! The procedure was a breeze thanks to my dermatologist. She injected several areas around my eyes with lidocaine then I didn't feel the Deep FX or Active FX lasers as she went to work over the course of an hour. There is significant oozing and swelling after two days, but it is subsiding some. One thing that really helps is that I apply 2nd Skin (try Walgreens) moist burn pads over the Aquaphor at night so that it stays moist and doesn't rub off on my pillow. I will update.... Updated on 18 Jun 2013: I am still pink, but it seems as though the swelling has gone down and I "seem" to have the result I wanted! However, I don't know how much residual swelling might still be going on, and I realize that changes will occur for up to 6 months, but if I had to live with how I look right now (minus the pink) I would be ecstatic! I will cross my fingers that my lower lids stay smoooooth. =) Oh, the added result is that my upper lids are nice and tight too. Updated on 9 Jul 2013: I am still pink, but I would say that I have about an 80% decrease in crepiness under my eyes. =))) On the other hand, my doc has said that results will continue to evolve for about 6 months, so I will post an update closer to that time. So far...so good!

Everything during visit was great. From check-in to medical assistant to Dr. Jacobson everyone was very sweet, I wasn't made to feel rushed and all my questions were answered as well as some I didn't know to ask. Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable, seemed genuinely concerned with my issues and very approachable.

My overall experience getting Dysport at Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center was great. I waned to do something about the deep frown lines I had between my eyebrows so I came to see Dr. Jacobson. She was so helpful with answering all of my questions and letting me know about different options. Even though I was nervous, I decided to go forward with getting dysport. It was practically painless and I am so happy I don't look so grumpy with my wrinkly frown anymore. I would definitely refer my friends and family to her.

I have always had a very small upper lip. When I look in the magazines and see all the big beautiful lips on all the models I would wondered what I would look like on me. I finally got the courage to make the appointment and see Dr. Jacobson. Wow what a difference she made. My lips look full but not fake. I really love the way they look. For everyone out there that has heard horror stories about how painful it is. It's not true. They had me numb before the procedure. It did pinch a little but not really painful. And I didn't even get a bruise. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson she really took the time to examine my lips and explained what she was doing while she did it. I really felt she had a lot of experiance at lip fillers. Due to the fact that there was no pain and they turned out so beautiful.

I had a few red spots on my face that have been driving me crazy. They were never blemishes, just tiny broken capillaries all over my face. She explained they're common in women, especially if you're pregnant and/or smoke. She took her time with me...explained the after care in detail...and I knew exactly what to expect!!! The only downfall, is after seeing the list of other procedures she offers - I might just keep going!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
