Exercised like crazy to get a flat tummy after giving birth to twins but nothing worked due to separated core muscles. Dr Leff was the first surgeon I met with. Decided to cancel my appointments with other surgeons because I just felt so comfortable with Dr Leff. Very glad I made this choice. My recovery has been a breeze thanks to him and his exceptional skills and care.

I've had several procedures with Dr. Leff over the past three decades. Although I was only able to select one procedure (facelift) in the field above, I also have had an eye lift, FX laser, a brow lift, and replacement of my breast implants. Over the years, he has been consistently kind, patient, and forthcoming about expectations and desired results. I trust him explicitly. And....he does great work!

Waited 20yrs for this Dr. Leff did the prefect job.. So happy with results. He is very helpful with all concerns and questions. Made my experience great. He knew what was best for me and what I wanted. I looked all over for a Dr. and glad I went with Dr. Leff and staff they were all so kind and helpful with every need I was concerned with.

My experience with Dr.Leff was incredible from day one. He spent the time I needed explaining everything In fine detail without feeling rushed. When I was hesitant about going to big he spend the time that I needed for me to feel comfortable about finally choosing the size I felt comfortable. Eyelids were starting to cover my eyes and making it very hard to see. I always looked like I was very tired and when pictures were taken, people said open your eyes. Dr Michael Leff did an outstanding job of correcting this problem. It was a very short procedure and an absolutely painless procedure and stellar results. Remember to ice your eyes for 3 days after and the swelling will go down very quickly.

I see Barbette Fremmerlid, the R.N. for Dr. Michael Leff, Overlake Plastic Surgeons, for my lip injections. What I love most about Barbette is she is a patient perfectionist. She believes in starting conservative and slowly building up to desired results. WIth lips you can always add, but you can't take away. I only inject half the syringe at a time. Dr. Leff's office stores the remaining product for me until I am ready to use the rest. I've always been VERY happy with my results and feel that they look natural.

I recently had a breast reduction and I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Leff and his staff, Kelly and Jean in particular. From the consultation, to the procedure and the follow up appointments they have been amazing. Dr. Leff has been in the same location, with the same staff for 15+ years with definitely speaks to their professionalism!

I was born with naturally small breasts; I felt uncomfortable with my appearance and decided to get an augmentation to a natural looking "b" cup. After the procedure I have felt more like myself than ever and feel as if I was always this way, I never even think about the surgery anymore because it was so easy and everything looks natural. I had a great experience where I felt comfortable in the capable hands of the extremely experience and caring Doctor Leff, as well as his friendly staff who abides by the upmost discretion and care.
