In 2007, I began to offer liposuction within my Ob-Gyn practice in Pinehurst, NC. I enrolled in several medical aesthetics trainings to include injectables, such as Botox and fillers and, eventually, the entire gambit of cosmetic surgery. I gained a vast experience very quickly, as I moved to the Seattle area and began to exclusively perform cosmetic surgery beginning in January 2011. Over the next two years, I enrolled in many surgical workshops and didactic lectures totaling 360 category I AMA credits in cosmetic surgery and submitted my case list of 1000 cosmetic surgical cases, complete with supporting documentation, including before-and-after photos to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). This allowed me to be eligible to take the oral and written board examinations and to become ABCS board certified in 2013. Since then, I have continued to work in the field at two well-known national companies and also at my own small private practice, which I had to close during the spring of 2020. I began working at Elite Body Sculpture as soon as the Seattle (Bellevue) location was opened in October 2019. Elite has turned out to be a perfect fit for me and I am getting some of the best results of my career since I've begun using the AirSculpt technique exclusively.
