Is it possible to get Botox around the mouth for fine lines? Also to help with down-turned corners? (photo)
Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)Botox can definitely be used to lift the corners of your mouth and also help with fine lines around your lips. However strategically combining Botox in those areas with micro-aliquots of filler would give you a more max result.

Thank you for sharing the photo. You have volume loss in the middle area of your face extending from your under eyes through the upper part of your cheeks. The best treatment for this is an injectable call Juvéderm Voluma. Usually one syringe per side is enough to brighten your under eye area as well as a lift and contour your cheeks. Good luck!

There are ways to prevent bruises after lip injections but once they are there it can take a week to resolve. I recommend warm compresses instead of ice, to encourage flushing/circulation of the trapped blood (bruise). Good luck!

Volbella for Smokers Lines - Is this related to swelling and is this normal?
Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)At 16 hours, it’s a bit too soon to assess because swelling after Volbella can last about 72 hours. Given that your upper lip already projected more than your lower before the treatment I recommend waiting a week and possibly adding some around lower lip edges to create a more balanced, natural appearance. It’s been almost a year Since kybella. Will hardness go away? Is this going to be permanent?
Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)Hardness or lumps after Kybella is often due to lymphatic congestion. In order to release this congestion I recommend applying warm compresses regularly and getting lymphatic drainage massages. Good luck!

I agree that there is more volume and fullness on your lower face therefore I would start with enhancing and contouring your mid face and cheekbone area with Voluma. 1 to 2 syringes of this product would give you great balance and structure and still look very natural. I would also use some Botox in your upper face to balance your eyebrows since your left eyebrow is higher than your right. Good luck!

A month after steroids and dissolver there's no change in my under eye bags. How do I get rid of them after Juvéderm? (photo)
Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)In general Juvederm ultra or ultra plus should not be used to treat the under-eye area because it is too hydrophilic, meaning it draws too much water into the tissues and risks creating a visible bubble or bag as you demonstrate in the photo. Prednisone does not help clear the bag, and steroids should not be injected into this area because there is a risk of skin atrophy. Precise injections of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid, works best. Good luck!

How long should I wait after having Bell’s palsy to start injecting my face with Botox and fillers?
Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)I agree with the opinion that a neurologist should clear you prior to getting Botox after having Bell’s palsy. I recommend waiting at least 3 months after resolution of your symptoms. Good luck!

You have classic volume loss in your mid face causing shadowing under eyes and in cheeks. This may be visible because of your genetics or perhaps you have lost weight in general during the past couple years. Either way you would respond really well to two or three syringes of Juvéderm Voluma. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing the photos. Delayed reactions to hyaluronic acid fillers can occur. It means that your immune system has been triggered by something that resembles the hyaluronic acid filler that you previously had. I recommend a short course of prednisone to reduce your immune system response. Good luck!

First time getting Daxxify - pleasantly surprised
I've been a loyal Botox girl for over a decade. I was skeptical to try this new injectable that claimed to be better than botox.However - I must say, I was pleasantly surprised to experience how fast acting this formula is compared to botox. I could see my results kicking in with in 48-hours. I’m going on 5-months post treatment and i'm still seeing the lasting effects of my treatment. In the past, my botox would have definitely already have worn off by now. After falling in love with Daxxify, I was excited to learn that this is also a cleaner formulation than botox. I recently got the opportunity to try Jeuveau. I have been receiving Botox injections for the last two years to treat my forehead, 11's, crows feet and a couple other trouble areas. I had always been pleased with my results but never shy from the chance to try something new. A day after having the Jeuveau injections, I already felt tighter and smoother. After a week, at most, the product had fully kicked in and I am ECSTATIC with my results. My face looks smoother than a baby's butt and everything feels tight and in place. I happen to be very expressive with my face so I like having the reminder to keep those under control. I will continue to use Jeuveau as long as Dr. Levy offers it. Natural Results, I Hope to Find Him Again
My friend recommended Dr. Levy for Botox and Voluma. I am glad I followed her recommendation because I got just the natural results I was wanting. I had filler before from another place, and it did not look so natural at one part. Dr. Levy was able to fix that part with a little more filler, and it looked back to natural but better! I was sad when I found out he was no longer at Pro Club because I want to go back to him again. If you go to see him, trust you do not have to worry about anything, especially the results. His nurse was kind and reassuring also. If you are thinking of getting Botox or filler, just go to Dr. Levy, you will love it.

I went to Dr Levy to ask about a solution to droopy earrings. He explained that from wearing heavy jewelry it causes the earring holes to enlarge and cause earrings to look as though they are sagging and pulling ears down. I returned to have a small non-invasive procedure to fix my holes to look "normal" again. I am very happy with the results and the friendliness of staff.
