Alicia brings over 20 years of progressive, results-oriented esthetic work experience to the PRO Medical Spa, including many years of experience in dermatology and cosmetic surgery procedures. She specializes in a full suite of medical skincare services including medical-grade peels, Halo, BBL Forever Young, MicroLaser Peels, SkinTyte, ProFractional Laser Treatments, Scarlet (Radio Frequency Microneedling), Needling, Laser Genesis and Laser Hair Removal. Alicia provides a knowledgeable, hands-on and results-oriented approach in a caring and comfortable environment. Alicia has a lifelong interest in the maintenance and proper care of skin. She believes in educating patients on anti-aging and corrective treatments, and provides a customized at-home skincare routine to optimize long-term skincare goals and results.

Grace is a licensed aesthetician with over six years experience in the beauty industry, and our resident CoolSculpting specialist. She has an eye for beauty and a passion for helping people achieve their best version of themselves, whether it be through beautiful skin or a beautiful body. Her greatest joy is to see the happiness on the faces of her patients when they review their before/after photos. Grace was recently selected to attend the prestigious Coolsculpting® University, presented by Allergan in California. Only 60% of the country’s Coolsculpting® providers have completed this intensive training. In addition to mastering the treatment procedures, a thorough study of fat pads and tapers is included to understand how to tailor the treatment based on individual’s fat tissue and optimize results

With over 10 years of experience in Dermatology, Denise is an experienced leader as our Front Office Supervisor and Insurance Specialist. She assists the Practice Manager with departmental tasks while managing exceptional patient care. Denise loves building connections with our patients, as well as supporting our patient care coordinating team. She always brings a warm, likeable presence to our office, which patients truly appreciate. Outside of PRO, Denise enjoys spending time with her husband, three girls, two boys and her Boston terrier, Olive.

Carlena joined the Medical Spa in 2019 with experience in spa management at Gene Juarez and The Spa at PRO Club. Carlena loves everything about the beauty/spa industry and desired to take her passions to the next level, specifically in Cosmetic Dermatology. Within the Medical Spa environment, she enjoys interacting with patients, gaining a deeper understanding of how to treat the skin, and providing an exceptional experience for our patients. In her free time, Carlena loves traveling where there is sunshine and palm trees, but, of course, always remembering to bring her favorite sunscreen.

As a Master Injector with seven years of experience and many hours of advanced training with Botox®, Juvéderm®, Restylane® and Dysport®, Kari is an aesthetic guru who stays on top of the latest aesthetic trends to help you look and feel your very best. Kari embraces natural beauty and is focused on creating a beautiful balance between each facial feature to create the perfect individualized results that is never over done or fake. She believes in enhancing your distinct features with a conservative approach and personalized treatment plan to achieve the best outcomes for your desired results that respect your own uniqueness. She is passionate about building trusted relationships with her patients through careful listening, honesty, budget planning, and setting realistic individual goals. Plus, her bright smile, engaging manner and positive spirit makes every visit with Kari a joyful experience.
