Dr. Alster is the most thorough, dedicated, divine doctor - she takes the time to listen to each patient's concerns and tailors her treatments accordingly. I needed laser hair removal, chemical peel and IPL

I wanted to like Dr Alster but her office is so unbelievably rude when I went in for fillers that I won't be returning. They treat the doctor not even like a human being but some kind of God, like you're so lucky to even get an appointment. I went to a dermatologist in New York City this round who says that she knows Dr Alster really well, and she is getting a lot of DC patients for similar reasons. Maybe you will have a different experience, but unfortunately for me, it was really disappointing.
