5 out of 5 stars Restylane
I saw Dr. Tanzi for tear trough fillers when I lived in DC, and was never disappointed. Her office is gorgeous and centrally located. She is a true expert at filler in the tear trough error. I went to her at least three times and the outcome was always positive. I highly recommend her for a tear trough treatment of you live in the DC area.

FANTASTIC Results at 1 Month! Got my Younger Body Back. CoolSculpting Definitely Works!! - Washington, DC
Fantastic experience; Dr. and staff were great!
5 out of 5 stars Ultherapy
I've been thinking about Uthera for a while. At around 39, I started to notice that I was getting really jowly and my face was looking like someone let the air out if it (mouth corners sagging, chin dimpling, etc.). Then I turned 40 a few months ago and it was like someone pressed a fast forward button on the aging process. I'd been using fillers with great success, but the sagging was...

Been to see her before, and she has been great.
5 out of 5 stars Fraxel Laser
I am a physician myself and have rather high standards for my own care. Dr Tanzi would be, then, a physician's physician. She may not be right for everyone, but she was technically excellent, and that is what counts in the end, not "wait times" or "bedside manner." Laser is, after all, surgery.
5 out of 5 stars Fraxel Laser
I have been seeing her for 5 years. I never feel rushed or like she can't wait to be done with me (like I do with most other doctors),, I find her very honest (she has told me I don't need procedures I've asked her about having), and the staff is fantastic which I always think is a good reflection of the doctor. Update: I love my derm, but she gets an F on responsiveness. I had a bad reaction to the fraxel and called the office several times and left messages and sent emails, and to this day have gotten no response. Luckily things have improved on their own.
