Treatment over Extended Period - Washington, DC

Not Worth It
Puffiness in Tear Trough from Juviderm - Washington, DC
I was told Dr. Burgess was the "go to" doctor for filler. After a bad experience with another doctor, I sought her out to correct the situation. At first, the results were good but then within a few months, puffiness occurred and ever since (almost 2 years ago) the appearance of my lower lids go back and forth from normal to puffy. One one side, I also get an indentation which makes it look even worse. After doing some reviews of Juviderm and talking to other doctors, I found

Never Got a Call Back - Washington DC, DC
I visited the DC facility started the treatment with Dr. Cheryl M. Burgess. When I went for my second treatment, it was discovered that the laser machine was broken and I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I went to the receptionist and for some reason he told me that he was not able to access the appointment calendar and asked me to go and he will call me and set up my appointment. I never heard from him and I tried calling back but was not fortunate to talk to anybody.
