Jamal Yousefi, MD - Account Suspended

Went in for a consultation with Dr. Yousefi and was quoted for $3,800 for both chin and neck lipo. Paid my deposit same day and waited a week for my pre-op appointment, where I paid the rest of my balance. Pretty standard health questions were asked (similar to the intake form). The staff will provide guides of what to avoid pre-op and recommend items to purchase post-op, which was pretty helpful in my recovery. The surgery was done early in the morning and I chose twilight sedation, which I believe was Valium through an IV with a local anesthetic to the chin and neck area. I was anxious about "going under", but it ended up being very, very chill. It is similar in feeling to the zombie-like state of when you've just taken Nyquil, but you remain half awake. I didn't feel A THING during the procedure and barely remember the drive home. I think I was there for less than an hour and a half and left with my head wrapped. The day of the surgery was the only day I really felt any strong side effects. I was prescribed Oxycodone, an antibiotic, and some anti-nausea medication. But besides some tightness in the skin, I healed up just fine. I recommend purchasing a washable compression garment on Amazon to use for the first two weeks (try and wear it as much a you can). I also started doing my own lymphatic massages which has helped with the lumps. I had a super short initial follow-up which probably could've been done on the phone, but I think most of these appointments are patient-driven. Overall, pretty easy, no-frills experience and I'm happy that I no longer have a double chin! Updated on 17 Mar 2023: I decided to get chin filler from another medical spa and my results looked even more snatched! The combination of chin lipo + filler gave me the side profile I've been dreaming of! Updated on 30 Sep 2023: Super happy with my final results! My healing journey was fine, but everyone's body reacts difffently. I still recommend for the first couple months doing your own lymphatic massages. I bought a massage oil on Amazon and referred to Youtube tutorials. This procedure has greatly helped my self-confidence as I had a double chin even at much lower weight.

I had lipo of my chin and jawline. I'm 29 years old 5'7 with a heathy BMI but i couldn't lose my double chin after giving birth. I went to dr. Yousefi at Younger Image Plastic Surgery in Vienna VA. I received my Procedure from Dr. Yousefi. I’m satisfied with my results. After doing months of research I was devastated when I woke u and realized that I wasn’t in a Faja/ full body compression garment. But after doing more research I’ve come to learn that some doctors don’t find it necessary to wear one, and he’s one of them. My recovery was as expected. Leaking at the incision area, itching and tenderness. I wasn’t nauseous and I was back to myself by day 3. He does the old school draining method with no tubes. Which I was happy about because the incision areas suffer the most trauma and hurts like hell...So tender in that area. I would recommend him! Wish I would have gotten the under bra area done as well because now it looks like a pack of hot dogs resting on my back. I’ll be going back to handle that area.

I recently had labiaplasty today and it is very painful but I'm happy I chose this office for the procedure . The staff was super nice and very helpful . Ana in specific , worked quickly to accommodate my last minute booking as I planned on getting the procedure in another 4 weeks but had to move it to this week a couple days ago .The procedure only lasted about 45 mins with local anesthesia so your awake the entire time . I was shaking the entire time during the procedure and Dr Yousefi tried his best to keep me relaxed and distracted to get through the surgery . I highly recommend this Dr for this procedure .

I researched around and initially had an appointment with Bosley but after meeting with the team, I decided to go with them. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and so far, everything is going exactly vas their team described. I absolutely love their team, how friendly they are, how flexible, and professional. I am starting to see results and will add an update in 6 months but so far, nothing but praises for the doctor and his team in Vienna.

Dr Yousefi is a God’sent. I had a Lipo and tt on January. Before I was really anxious and concerned, I met him 3 times before surgery and he answered all my questions and the most of it he was patient and did not rush me into anything. Even though he had patients waiting for him, he had time to SIT and talk to me, he treated me like I was his only patient. Now I have a flat tummy, and a nice shape, and I can’t thank him enough. The recovery time was bit painful, I took 3 weeks off from work and on all my follow up appointment, the ladies at the front desk were wonderful, helped me with my walking( difficult to stand straight after surgery), Ana was Amazing, the lady who did my lymphatic massage was so gentle and professional. My only downside, I hope they have a nurse on the follow up appointment to do the dressing, and take vital signs . But overall, I will definitely recommend Dr Yousefi and his staff at VIenna .

I have been insecure with my vagina for as long as I can remember. I finally got the procedure done today and wanted to post my experience for others since this website was able to give me so much insight. First off, let me say that my doctor was absolutely amazing. The office, the staff, everything was great. I was given the prescriptions, pain medication and antibiotic, before to have filled so I could start the antibiotic the day before the procedure to prevent infection. I went in and the procedure went by very smoothly. The worst part was numbing the area but it was manageable. However, once the procedure was over and the numbing wore off, the pain was unbearable. I couldn’t even stand to be in the car due to the bumpy roads, we can blame that on the state though. I have since been home and have been suffering in bed. I had to urinate once, and it was pretty horrendous. My partner has been really supportive and I definitely suggest that you have someone to be with you if available. I’ve tried taking naps but the pain wakes me up. I’m really hoping the pain goes away, but I know it won’t be going anywhere just yet. Updated on 25 Apr 2018: The pain slowly got better through the day of the surgery, thank you pain meds! I was able to sleep through the night and took many naps. When I woke up in the morning I felt a lot of soreness but it wasn’t unbearable. I’ve been keeping on schedule with my pain meds and antibiotics, I was hoping I wouldn’t need the pain meds but yesterday was a hard hit from reality. I am still having a hard time walking, I walk like a crab, but I think it’s because I have big thighs and if I was to try walking straight it would put pressure on the swelling. Again, I can’t emphasize how helpful my partner has been. From helping me get around to putting ointment on the area. Updated on 26 Apr 2018: I’m still experiencing quit a bit of pain. It still seems pretty swollen and I feel like the stitches are poking my clitoris, which is incredibly uncomfortable as many can imagine. I’ve been avoiding wearing underwater and pants unless necessary. My right thigh has also become numb, probably because I haven’t been moving around much. I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end, which is already proving right since I don’t see or feel anything dangling down there any more. Updated on 1 May 2018: So it has been a whole week now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how things are coming along. The pain has been getting less and less noticeable. Yesterday I was sore because I had to run after my dog so I think I pulled something but nonetheless I’ve been keeping the area clean so everything is healing very nicely, in my opinion. Updated on 19 May 2018: Hello everyone, so it’s been over 3 weeks since the surgery and everything has been healing so well. I’ve noticed that I’m a lot more confident and it hasn’t even been the full 6 weeks. As much as I love my new vagina, I’ve noticed some of the stitching may have caused the skin to heal in a way that’s kind of makes it visible that stitching was once there, but I probably have to wait a little longer to make a solid review. I had a follow up last week and my next follow up is in about a month and I’m excited to see what continued progress lies ahead. Updated on 18 Dec 2018: Hello everyone. So it’s been about 8 months since my procedure and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m a lot more confident about my lady parts and I just gained more confidence overall. There was a small piece of skin that seemed to heal with the stitch but I went back to my doctor and he was more than willing to go back and fix it to make sure I’m 100% happy. Today is the day I go back for the follow up procedure but I am more than happy with my current results and I’m so glad that I have a doctor that understands and is willing to do the extra work to make sure I have no doubts about my procedure and results. The second picture shows the little piece I plan on getting removed. It’s really not that big of a deal but it just bothered me personally. Updated on 18 Dec 2018: So it’s been about 2 hours since the revision procedure was completed and I honestly forgot how painful it was. ???? The doctor and staff were great as always and I couldn’t be happier with them. I am however suffering because once again it feels like someone just took a knife and snipped my labia off. It’s not as bad as last time because it wasn’t nearly as much and that’s just what I keep telling myself now. I just took some pain medication so hopefully that kicks in soon.

I got my upper eyelids done and lipo of my lower back, love handles, and lower stomach. LOVE IT!!! Even when my eyes were still swollen after the stitches came out people were amazed how my eyes look. It has been 3 1/3 weeks and I could not be happier. My lipo is just as good When I put on clothes I have a waist and flat stomach.

I had upper eyelids done by Dr Yousefi three (3) months ago in Fairfax, Virginia. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions, even after my numerous phone calls, basically asking the same questions over and over. Dr. Yousefi was calming, quick and has excellent technique. My recovery was perfect. I did exactly as told and never got bruised or felt any pain at all during the procedure. I had the procedure performed under local anesthesia. I am so happy with my surgery, I have scheduled to go back and have some other work done. Thank you Dr. Yousefi for making me look twenty (20) years younger.

I’ve been looking into getting lipo for two years now, but I didn’t get serious until I realized I had the money to do it this year. I decided to get it done before winter so that I can have time to heal before summer 2018(3-6months). I had a few set backs, but was finally able to plan days off and get my mom to take care of me after the surgery. I didn’t want anyone to know about it not even my mom but I needed someone to drive me home so that was that. The second person was my bf I only told him for obvious reasons I couldn’t hide that lol I didn’t even tell my best friend because I was afraid she would judge me. 3months prior to me getting lipo I was going to the gym and I completely changed my diet for the best. I lost 10lbs going vegetarian on weekdays and eating meat on weekdays. I love meat so this was hard but I managed it. I got my surgery done on the October 17th on a Tuesday. after they gave me the twilight IV I just remembered saying “wow it does feel like I’m drunk”, I remember getting poked with the lipo tube and then I blacked out I don’t even remember getting dressed. I got home feeling numb and bloated ????a very strange combination. The first night was very uncomfortable and painful only because I like sleeping on my sides and stomach???????????. I bought the generic brand of Percocet (taking one barely worked). I stayed in bed all day for 3days straight. Going to the bathroom hurt like hell only because Standing up felt like my stomach was ripping open and my guts were going to fall out onto the floor???? I could barely sit up. I tried to go to work on the 3rd day after getting lipo but I wasn’t up for it so I pushed myself for the 4th day and worked all day. It wasn’t until my last hour that I decided to take 2generic Percocets. The following week was better and I was back to my regular schedule I had to act like I didn’t just get surgery last week and act normal. Thank god I had a 9 steel bone waist shaper it helped a lot. I also made an excuse at work and said I hurt my Back. ????????????????
