Procedures I'm known for

Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Rhinoplasty is one of my primary specialties. My training as an otolaryngologist means I have a unique understanding of how the ear, nose, and throat are intertwined. I am skilled at both aesthetic and functional corrections to help with impaired breathing and sinusitis. Nose reconstruction and nose surgery can have big impacts on the overall look of the face, even when only small changes are being made. With the right alterations, rhinoplasty can bring balance and overall aesthetic harmony to facial features. With each nose job procedure at my Richmond, Virginia practice, I focus on the structure and function of the nose, ensuring that your new nose both looks and works beautifully. I now perform exclusively closed, or scarless, rhinoplasty, with incisions made only inside the nose. This approach has many advantages, including quicker healing and more natural results. I was honored to be asked to write a book chapter on the closed approach to rhinoplasty.
