I got my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Sailon at the end of February 2024. Surgery/recovery was so smooth and the entire staff was AMAZING. I am so happy with my new nose! I paid around 8.5k total and it was a closed rhinoplasty.

Dr. Sailon performed my lower-facelift and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. He’s a masterful surgeon but, maybe equally important, a delightful human. He is empathetic, extremely calming, funny, and attentive. He was always present, careful, and a pleasure. He has a unique, warming, humanity and he’s very knowledgeable. The results are exactly as we discussed ahead. It’s been a smooth and shockingly nice experience. If I ever want anything done again, I’m very happy to travel back to Virginia Beach to see him (and I traveled for this surgery after meeting him for fillers and interviewing seven other doctors). He’s the only person I’d want to operate on me! I couldn’t recommend him more!

I've been to 3 surgeon and all thought my surgery wasn't going to get covered by insurance because I didnt meet just one requirement.I have waited so long to get this surgery and didn't know what to do next.i contacted my PCP who referred me the a orthopedic doctor he checked me spine and nothing was wrong. He referenced me to Dr.Salion and said most people her refers to him always goes through with surgery and gets it covered. So I made a consult with him he was so nice explained everything even thoght I've heard it from the other surgeons he went over it again for me he knew I was ready for this surgery and I've went thorough alot. He was confident it will get covered by insurance I knew I was in great hands.i made my date for surgery June 21 2019. He made me feel great the day of surgery I was a little nervous but he kept asking If i was ok and made everything run smoothly. His staff at the Woodbridge office made everything easy and answered all my questions. After surgery he made sure at my post ops everything was healing well.My surgery was fully covered thanks to Dr. Salion I couldn't ask for any other surgeon.

I go to Dr. Sailon for fillers and Dysport. He is so careful- takes his time to be sure I never look “over done” or unnatural. Keeps me looking happy and rested! I’ve recently been getting injections for TMJ as well and I’ve never slept better. No more teeth clenching. No more pain and my jaw looks slimmer. After years of overtime my jaw muscles had really widened my face. After two treatments over 6 months, my face is noticeably slimmer and I look more like my younger, less stressed self. He really has an eye for symmetry and offers an honest (and kind) opinion. I can say his technique leads to a virtually painless experience. He also is very personable and down-to-earth. Really a great experience with a talented surgeon! (Bonus that parking is easy and office staff is nice too)

I originally went to Dr. Sailon for a second opinion, but ended up getting the injection done in his office on the same day of the consultation. Dr. Sailon was very professional. He really listened to me and addressed my concern. This is the first time I ever get anything done, but the whole procedure was seamless. It's still too soon to see the result because it would take a couple of weeks, but no issues at all so far.

Dr. Sailon is an outstanding plastic surgeon. He has that rare combination of warm personality and great bedside manner, combined with exceptional talent and artistry. Dr. Sailon did a wonderful job with my filler injections, and took years off my face. As a man, it is very important to me that the results look natural, and they most certainly do! Additionally, his attentive office staff is really great, and they made me feel comfortable the entire visit.
