I was motivated to capture a fresher younger look and to get rid of stored fat quickly so I could continue to fit in my clothes, before I return to weight lifting. This was the first of three procedures I ordered with Dr Rosen and his team. Dr Rosen's team was phenomenal and very professional. The procedure was not painful, and post even being provided painkillers I did not need them. I was advised that I would see draining the first few days, however I only experienced it the 1st evening. They also advised me that I would not see immediate results. I am just shy of 2 weeks and what if have noticed is I have flatter back flanks and upper and lower abdomen, and without rolls. My skin is also tighter and smooth in the smartlipo areas. The biggest challenge was finding the right suppression garment. Decided on the procedure because of frequent UTI's and uncomfortable vaginal dryness. It was a laser treatment which is performed by inserting a probe into the vaginal camel and this emmitts a light that stimulates the production of collagen with in the vaginal walls. It was painless and lasted approximately 5 minutes or so. I felt relief after the first treatment.

Having had a hysterectomy in my mid 40s, also done by Dr. Leonard Rosen, I was surprised by how quickly vaginal atrophy would occur.
