Dr Heppe explained the procedure well. The process was easy for me. The staff was professional. I felt at ease. He transferred some fat from my stomach to my aging hands and now my hands look younger than ever. I’m one hundred percent satisfied.

I did my research and I found Dr Heppe was one of Northern Virginia’s top plastic surgeons. When I met Dr Heppe and his staff, I was very happy on how friendly and knowledgeable they were. On the day of my procedure, which is done in the building, I was very much impressed with how the process was done. All my questions and concerns were answered. I am a registered nurse, and I am acutely aware of when infection control procedures are followed and not followed, I absolutely felt safe in this environment. I am now three months out from my surgery and I am very much pleased with the results. I did not have any postoperative complications nor any infection. I honestly can highly recommend Dr.Heppe. I had a brachioplasty done and it’s the first time in 30 years that I’ve worn sleeveless tops and dresses. I wish I had done this earlier! Thank you to Dr Heppe and his staff. Dr. Heppe, or as I have nicknamed him, Dr. Happy, is truly a world class plastic surgeon. I had originally booked with a different plastic surgeon and after have a bad gut feeling, I did some research and found unfavorable feedback on said dr. Still wanting the surgery, I researched all the plastic surgeons within the MD/VA area and felt drawn to Heppe's credentials as well as client reviews. Meeting him in person, I instantly felt at ease and knew he was the Dr. I wanted to perform my mommy makeover. I appreciated his completely platonic analysis of my body, focusing on medical aspects, while also sharing his recommendations and expectations. Given the fact that the first plastic surgeon I had booked with felt like a used cars salesman, Dr. Heppe's technique was more medical and realistic focused. I am 10 days post op and am in love with my results! If you are reading this review because you need assurance to use Dr. Heppe or the extra push to go for it, do it!! It will be a day you will celebrate where you regained your self confidence! Dr. Heppe is a talented and professional plastic surgeon. I’ve had four children, two of them being twins. My stomach muscle was torn and know matter what I tried, I always looked three months pregnant. There was no exercise I could do that would fix it. I researched muscle repairs and tummy tucks for almost two years before I got up the nerve to contact the office. I finally went in for the consult and Dr. Heppe was professional and put all my fears at ease. On the morning of the surgery, I was petrified. Dr. Heppe’s staff was kind and understanding. They helped ease my fear and relaxed me before they started. After the surgery Dr. Heppe made sure we could contact him at anytime and his staff always answered every question we had. I am five months out from my surgery and so grateful I decided to do this. Dr. Heppe did a beautiful job on my tummy tuck and muscle repair. I felt confident on the beach and on our cruise this summer when I wore a bikini. I still can’t believe this is my body. My stomach is back to looking the way it looked before we had children. I can’t recommend Dr. Heppe and his staff enough. You will not be disappointed with your results.

After reading reviews, I decided to chose Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg for my tummy tuck. Dr. Heppe was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was by far the nicest bunch I have ever met. Both Dr. Heppe and the staff answered all of my questions and I never once felt rushed. They even recommended a few things I may want to purchase after my procedure to help with recovery so it would be more comfortable and easier. The entire staff and Dr. Heppe was so compassionate and informative during all of my follow up appointments. The results of my tummy tuck exceeded my expectations. I have gained so much confidence. After breastfeeding four babies and decades of hating my breasts, I decided to see a professional. I honestly did not think they would turn out this great. I had to have a lift and implants due to lack of breast material. I can wear swimsuits with pride and I could not be happier. I also had filler under my eyes and everyone at work commented on how rested I looked.

I had a lift n implants wish I had went bigger then what we discussed n I thought they would be perkier and more cleavage they look like they could be more satisfied I did have cartridge removed and dr heppe was wonderful n EVERYTIME I had to go back he was very professional and so was his staff the ladies were great I guess maybe I should of researched more first before getting anything done

I truly could not be happier with the results of my tummy tuck and breast lift. I was nervous about having surgery before visiting Dr. Heppe but he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I had my surgery the day before Thanksgiving and he even came into the office on Thanksgiving day to ensure I had my next day post surgery follow up visit. Throughout the whole process until my last follow up, he was available to answer any questions I had and did so in such a great manner.
