My ortho treatment with Dr. Omar has been exceptional. As a young adult, I have been conscious of my smile for a long time but had been hesitant with treatment. I had a difficult open underbite case with severe crowding in the lower teeth and Dr. Omar worked an accelerated plan to correct it given my time schedule. I remember the initial consultation and felt after the discussion that Dr. Omar understood my case very clearly and detailed an approach to correct it. A week later, I had my braces on. From there, the regular visits with Dr. Omar and the office staff for adjustments were convenient and always encouraging. The team is energetic, patient and feels like family. I always felt comfortable asking questions to ensure that my treatment was going as progressed and the staff was always a pleasure to be with. Compared to other clinics, I found the treatment and tools used were far more modern, and Dr. Omar continues to keep up with the latest technology and training. As an example, Dr. Omar combined the PROPEL system with my current treatment to further stimulate tooth movement, and I recall Dr. Omar calling me personally afterwards to make sure I was comfortable after usage. The office is refreshing, contemporary and popular. Ample parking is available outside. Drinks are available to waiting guests and a game console is handy to keep the young patients occupied while waiting. The office offers extensive hours that support students, professionals and those in between. The team also regularly monitors emails, stays current with social media and always available to assist during the treatment. With my treatment wrapped up after a year and a half, it was certainly bittersweet to have the braces removed but the confidence with a new smile and corrected bite is priceless. I will certainly miss the office visits with Dr. Omar and her amazing staff.
