combined surgery recovery is variable. depends on factors such as age, type of surgery, post-op care, pain threshold, patient attitude. usually my patients are fully recovered a month of the intervention. pain regarding different alternatives to decrease to a minimum.

My implants are 30yrs and leaking silicone, need all that removed and replaced with new silicone implant, a breast lift, and a tummy tuck, I'm scheduled for surgery in 13 days, I am 61 yrs old , stomach has operation scars and saggy skin, weight 125, 5'6" ht I'm worried how long recovery takes and how painful it will be. Dear krebekah0721,  according to your photos you need a mastopexy with implants.I recommend you round silicone implants, textured, extra  high profile. about 300 to 320 cc. with this volume you'll have a size between B  and C. Of course I suggest that the intervention you make with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I'm 18, 103kg, 170cm tall. My BMI is 34, however i do have a bit of muscle mass. I do have a tummy that sags due to weight and want a tummy tuck to tighten it all up. I have tried diets, gym, and i'm a really active person yet can't kick the weight. It all happened as i went through puberty, i rapidly put on weight and have many stretch marks all over my lower stomach from it and it's making me really insecure. the healing process usually takes approximately alo. 06 weeks is really too early to determine how to finally be your scars. I recommend avoiding the sun and apply silicone bands.

The incision from my aereola, is fold, is very dark, and has quite a bit of scar tissue. The incision under my breast is hard, rope like, and is tender from time to time. I started using mederma this week, does it really work, and are there any other options?

In the last 7-10 years I have noticed the dark hollows on each side of my nose along with my irregular bridge line more noticeably crooked. I had a consultation for rhinoplasty and the surgeon told me he didn't do revisions and accused me of lying when I explained that I had never had nose surgery before. I do have deviated septum. Is the cause of this degradation of cartilage?
