Braces

27 Year Old 3rd Time Braces Patient - Sandy, UT

I've had to get braces THREE times now, all because of circumstances beyond my control (I was religious with my retainers). I had to get them as an adult this time and was really embarrassed about it and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. My ortho recommended acceledent and I was intrigued. I decided to just do it and hope that it worked. It's been 10 months and my 20 month procedure is only 7 weeks from being completed!!!!! My orthodontist is stunned and my ortho assistants are astounded especially since I only wore my rubber bands at night instead of 24/7. (Oops). It helps with pain too which is a big bonus. My ortho has me do it twice on the day I get adjusted, once before and once after, and it helps with pain and gets things done faster. It's also super easy to use. I set an alarm on my phone for 9 pm and just put it in while watching a 20 minute Netflix show. I highly recommend it, especially if you just want to get your braces out of the way, it's definitely worth the hefty price tag!
