I had such an incredible experience with Dr. York Yates and his entire team. I actually traveled all the way from Los Angeles to see him, and it was absolutely worth it. During the consultation, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave honest, thoughtful recommendations that made me feel confident in my decision. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received was outstanding. His staff is warm, responsive, and genuinely supportive, which made the whole process feel so much less intimidating. Recovery was exactly as he described, and I always felt like I was in very capable hands. Most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with my results. They look natural, balanced, and exactly in line with what I had hoped for—if not better. Dr. Yates has an amazing eye for aesthetics, and it really shows in his work. My new breasts have honestly made me feel so much more confident in my body—I feel like the best version of myself. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone considering a breast augmentation. Get the boobies, ladies! You won't regret it!

I am 1 month post op from a drainless tummy tuck with lipo, an anchor lift with implants, and fat grafting to my hip dips. I researched these procedures for years, probably looked at a thousand before/afters, and familiarized myself with the healing process and possible complications. With all my research, I was fully expecting to be super swollen (particularly with the tummy tuck) and to have thick, scabbed incisions that would take a long time to smooth out and heal. I also expected to be in severe pain during the first few weeks. I am happy to say that I experienced none of those things, and I fully attribute that to Dr. Yates’ drainless tummy tuck technique and beautiful work. The first time I took off my compression garment and bra, I literally started bawling because I could not believe how incredible I already looked. My stomach was completely flat, my waist was snatched, and my incisions were neatly covered in neatly glued down steri-strips. When I took the steri strips off at 3wpo, I was astonished to see how smooth and thin my scars were. I anticipate that they are going to heal beautifully with the use of the silicone gel he provided. Dr Yates also provided me with several medications for the week after surgery that helped me so much. I didn’t even take the narcotic for more than a day or two because I didn’t need it. I had gabapentin for nerve pain, celebrex for inflammation, and Valium for muscle spasms. I also had an antibiotic to prevent infection. His sweet care coordinator Lindsay also provided me with a nausea patch the day of surgery when I told her how worried I was about throwing up. My breast lift scars are healing so well and have already lightened quite a bit. I got 340cc motiva Demi round implants UTM. They are settling beautifully and I already love them. I had significant asymmetry before and Dr. Yates was able to correct it during the lift. All in all, I’m very happy that I had Dr. Yates do my surgery. It’s been completely life changing for me. It’s been 10 years since I’ve been able to look in the mirror and love what I see. Sometimes I still can’t even believe that this is my body; it feels so surreal. Looking forward to a new, more confident chapter in my life. Updated on 6 Mar 2026: Wanted to add a photo update. My left breast is starting to drop, but it’s still a bit higher and fuller at the top than the other one. Both of them are softening nicely. I’ve been using embrace scar tape on my TT scar to help keep the tension off of it. Very happy with how light my lift scars are getting.

I had a breast implant removal and replacement done by Dr. Yates. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He truly gave me better results than I had hoped for. Dr. Yates is truly a perfectionist. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted and he really did give me better results than I thought I could have. The ladies on his staff are so kind and caring. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I had heard of Dr. Yates through word of mouth and he lived up to his amazing reputation. I am so happy I chose him and trusted him as he truly gave me exactly what I wanted and better results than I hoped for. I am already so thrilled with my results at just three weeks post-op. My recovery process was so smooth with zero issues. I had very minimal pain or discomfort. I was able to reach Dr. Yates and his staff at any time and they responded promptly to answer any questions I had. A friend of mine had the same procedure done with Dr. Yates and we both agree that he really is the best! I would recommend Dr. Yates to anyone and will definitely go see him for any future needs I have.

I am 3 weeks post op from my breast augmentation and I am in love with how they look! I had 4 babies in 5 years and nursed three of them for a year each. Needless to say, my boobs were not the same as they were pre pregnancy. Dr. Yates and his staff have been incredible from the first consultation and through my recovery. The entire process was so smooth. Surgery day could not have gone better. He has his own private surgical team and operating room (which is stunning btw, wow) which made it much more comfortable than having surgery in a hospital. The recovery has been great. The pain the first couple of days after surgery was really well managed with just ibuprofen and Tylenol. Dr. Yates and his staff are super quick to respond to messages and answered all my questions. I just really could not say enough good things about my experience. And the boobs are just perfection! I would recommend him to anyone!!

I had an explant last year (different provider) and was left with severe adhesions and limited breast tissue on my lower pole. I was desperate to have it fixed. Dr. Yates was able to release the adhesions and added a bit of fat (only 25-50 cc's). The fat was added 1) for volume and 2) to act as a "barrier" to keep the adhesions from re-attaching. I am only two days post-op and absolutely mind blown by the results. I couldn't be happier. I'll keep this thread updated as the swelling goes down and see how the fat retained. Hoping for the best! Dr. Yates is a lifesaver! Honest, kind, patient and realistic about expectations. 10/10. I know there are other women struggling with the same issue.
