Try implant sizers on at your surgeons office with the understanding that implants seem to look smaller when in your breast compared to being simply placed inside the bra, and most women, at least in my practice, confide to me that they wish they had gone a little bigger versus women who say they went too big after surgery. Pictures found on the internet can be very confusing when attempting to pick a size because it is difficult to fully appreciate a woman's height, weight, chest width, and other dimensions just from a partial photograph.
Next issue, please understand that moderate implants give more upper pole fullness compared to high profile implants, while high profile implants give more forward projection. If you want breasts that are "high," then moderate profile is probably a better choice!

This sensation is quite common after breast augmentation and usually disappears within six months after surgery. The pain you are experiencing is likely due to hypersensitive regenerating sensory nerve branches and can often be modulated by stimulation such as touch or massage of the affected or numb areas of skin on your breast.
If the pain is accompanied by changes in the shape or contour of your breast, then the cause may be due to capsular contracture of the scar tissue around the breast or rupture of the implant itself.
If you notice the pain is associated with lateral displacement of the implant toward your side or into your armpit, the discomfort may be caused by pressure of the implant on the lateral nerves of the chest and can be best managed by wearing a supportive bra even at night.

I typically avoid steroid injection into scars because of potential risk of complications with dermal thinning and other changes, but this is not an uncommon treatment. In my experience, loss of feeling in one or both breasts is fairly common after augmentaion, usually in the area of the nipple and extending laterally. The nerves may require 3-6 months to grow back and usually do. Examine your breasts occasionally to ascertain if the sensation is returning. Some improvement usually leads to more improvement.. Massaging the breast implants in a downward fashion may help them settle into the pocket if too much time has not passed since surgery. Lying face down on your chest may also help prevent a capsular contracture.

No, you do not have synmastia, but your cleavage line is narrow, and the implants may be positioned a little too close together. Wearing a push-up bra this soon after surgery could result in malposition of the implants. Consult with your surgeon about his post-operative routing for manipulating the position of the implants during the healing phase.

I had been to Dr. Jone for two consultation before I booked my surgery. Everytime I called and came in for a consultations I was welcome and made to feel comfortable. I love working out and have been a runner all my life. I have been gifted with thicker thighs so to keep those puppies down I have run... A LOT. Don't be afraid to get multiple opinions, don't be afraid to loose your small consultation fees you paid (that was supposed to be applied towards your surgery) because this is a big deal and you will need to feel comfortable the morning of surgery. I loved everything about my choice in surgeon, staff, and facility and as luck will have it I still started to second guess everything the morning of. What was reassuring? Thinking back knowing without being under stress I had choose him and felt comfortable with my choice. I had taken my time and therefore I walked into that surgical room with excitement.
Dr Jones performed my breast augmentation about 9 years ago, and it was such a great experience with AMAZING results, that it was a no brainer to go with him for my full tummy tuck I had 4 weeks ago.
