5 out of 5 stars Breast Implant Revision

3rd Time Breast Surgery. United Kingdom, GB

He is one of the best doctors i've ever met and i will continue going to him for any aesthetic surgery i'm going to do on my face and/or body in the future.

5 out of 5 stars Botox for Migraines

Patient, Knowledgeable, and Respectful - Norwalk, CT

Great! Funny, respectful, considerate.

4 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction

Breast Reduction - London, GB

I had two breast reductions with Dr. Kirwan, after each child. On each occasion the work was done really well. I suffered no pain, very little discomfort and made a quick recovery. My breasts are still perfect several years later and the scarring has been almost undetectable since healing. The surgery in the UK was much more pleasant than in the States. I had poor treatment by a nurse during...

1 out of 5 stars

Consumer Beware - Norwalk, CT

They are overly friendly at first but if you have any issues, the whole office's tone changes.

1 out of 5 stars Facelift

52 Year Old Women - Norwalk, CT

Great bedside manner. Front desk staff not very warm and a little confused on billing. Based on myself, a family member and friend Dr. Kirwan's best work is on the body (augmentation, lipo) versus facial work (rhinoplasty).

2 out of 5 stars Fraxel Laser

Painful, Downtime, Little Results - Norwalk, CT

I decided to go through with a series of 6 Fraxel laser treatments to improve my acne scarring. The treatments are painful, require downtime and are expensive. I was told 3 would not be enough for me, but after seeing little to no results at all after 6 treatments I decided to give up on this. The only benefit I got out of the treatments are preventative anti-aging. It may work for others for...

5 out of 5 stars Facelift

A realaxed and reassuring experience

Dr Kirwan is such a professional. He also has a great bedside manner making you feel relaxed abd reassured. Laurence has carried out facial surgery on me in the past and if I decide to have more procedures I would only go to him. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic procedures

35 Yrs Old, 5'8", 129 Lbs. Athlete/athletic Build. Mentor 300cc HP Textured Unders

I've always been insecure about my breast size. I remember wearing my Mom's padded inserts in my training bra in middle school on field day and they fell out! All the boys in my class were kicking them around and asking whose they were and what they were! So embarrassing. In high school and college I got by wearing padded bras and occasionally added those "chicken cutlet" inserts for more...

20, 5'0", 34 E/F, No Kids, Constant Pain

Dr.Kirwan is very kind and very smart. He made me feel very comfortable and safe when I met with him. He gave me good advice and sugestions on what to in between our first meeting and surgery. His office staff are very nice. After my meeting with Dr. Kirwan one of the women who works there sat down with me and talked me through some of my fears. The office staff can be a bit confused at times, but they are really good at communicting with the patients.

5 out of 5 stars CoolSculpting

It's All About Where You Go

The doctor was great, answered all my questions thoroughly and really took the time to help me make the right choice. He was also very candid about having realistic expectations.

prevention of the inverted 'v' deformity and collapse of the middle vault after rhinoplasty

The inverted ‘V’ deformity and collapse of the ‘middle vault’ An explanation of the inverted 'V' deformity and how spreader grafts prevent collapse of the middle vault and widen the internal valve. Usually done through an 'open' rhinoplasty approach although Jack Sheen, who popularized this technique, always inserted spreader grafts through a closed rhinoplasty approach. Spreader grafts using cartilage from the septum or ear or the leading upper edge of the upper lateral...

Protecting the origin of the pectoralis major and preventing symmastia

DIVIIDING THE ORIGIN OF THE STERNO-COSTAL PART OF PECTORALIS MAJOR (PM). In Dual Plane augmentation the Pectoralis Major is divided only in the lower part as far as the inner extent of the breast crease where it arises from the aponeurosis of the external oblique abdominis and the anterior fascial layer of the rectus abdominis muscle. Tendinous adhesions only, on the rib cartilages are divided above this point. Dividing the origin of the Pectoralis Major above the inner extent of the breast...
