what happens when you lift your arms above your head? If your nipple is 5-6cm above the fold of your breast then no lift needed. If less than that, or if you are particularly looking for a full upper pole of the breast, then an uplift may be required. Be sure to tell your surgeon EXACTLY what shape you are looking for and they should be able to advise you accordingly

You have a high umbilicus and so will tolerate your belly button being pulled down a little with the floating technique. You would need a full exam to confirm this is the case but, if so, then a floating umbo TT with lipo and MR would be a good option

It's all about thermodynamics. You can't create mass from nothing. So, if you have been able to maintain a stable weight prior to TT then there should be no reason for you not to maintain a stable weight afterwards. If you do put on weight after the surgery then it is possible that the weight you would have put onto your lower tummy will go somewhere else since your lower tummy is no longer there!

If you can pinch the excess skin in your tummy so that the skin above your belly button can reach the top of your pubic area then a TT would be a good option. Even if you cannot, a small vertical scar can be a small price to pay for getting rid of all that excess skin. See a plastic surgeon for a full exam to go through your options

As the title says, a picture paints a thousand words! If the amount of loose skin above the umbilicus is relatively small then a simple excision above the belly button can do wonders. If more than that then a full TT is probably the only option

Looking at the pattern of your skin laxity I think that FDL and circumferential lift is exactly what would give you the best result. Likewise the other procedures mentioned. It's entirely up to you - what would bother you more, a vertical scar or ongoing horizontal skin laxity in the upper tummy? All TT procedures should lift the mons if done properly, The circumferential lift will lift the upper buttocks but not the creases underneath the buttocks (at least, not for long!)

From the photos, in spite of your weight loss, your skin looks pretty good. You may find that 360 degree liposuction alone will do wonders for your silhouette without the scars and downtime of full TT. An exam would be needed to assess things fully, of course

Liposuction alone is great for getting rid of unwated fat but not great at helping the sking to retract afterwards. Your stretchmarks and bending photo suggest a fair degree of excess skin so I think lipo alone is likely to leave you with laxity. If you are happy with your upper abdomen then mini-TT is fine. If you are looking for the most powerful result for the whole abdomen then nothing beats a full TT

I highly recommend Dr Durrant and Adnova Clinic as after doing extensive research into having breast reduction surgery and visiting many surgeons around the country, when I met Dr Durrant I instantly knew he would be the surgeon I went for. I had breast reduction surgery in April 2024 and from the first consultation he was welcoming, made me feel at ease, informative and direct with what he would be able to achieve but delivered it in a polite and caring manner. The results from my surgery have been amazing and I am beyond happy with how everything has gone. He has genuinely changed my life for the better. All the staff were so caring throughout the whole process, leading up to the surgery and the after care. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Dr Durrant and the admin team. The after care nurses were so friendly and chatty and I honestly can’t thank everyone at Adnova Clinic enough.
When researching cosmetic procedures I really appreciated detailed reviews...as such this is going to be lengthy. My initial consultation with Mr Durrant at the Adnova Clinic was in May 2024. I had been pleased to find a provider with good reviews in a location outside of London which was easily accessible and had good parking. This meant a lot to me in terms of getting home easily on the day of the surgery. The clinic is extremely well put together; clean, stylish and inviting. The reception team are very nice and Mr Durrant’s chaperone/nurse Margaret is lovely. Having breastfed 5 children (extensively) we met to discuss breast lift with implants. Mr Durrant listened very carefully to me and was very thorough in his examination and consideration of the best approach to consider the results I wished to achieve. He advised a breast lift and under the muscle polyurethane implants. He noted that one breast sat slightly lower than the other and that this would be corrected during the lift. Having had a very positive first experience at the Adnova Clinic I decided to return for a second consultation to discuss an additional area of concern. My 5 pregnancies had all resulted in large babies (9Ibs-11Ibs delivered via c-sections) which had an impact on my small frame (5ft 4inches circa 8st). I had suffered for years with significant diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) and skin laxity, both of which could not be fixed with a consistent exercise regime. Mr Durrant proposed the muscles could be repaired with permanent sutures and a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin. He advised that I would lose my belly button and he would make a new one (I was completely fine with this as my old one was a mess). I attended the Adnova Clinic at the beginning of June 2024 to have my surgery and the entire experience was very positive. The usual friendly reception team welcomed me in the morning and I was then admitted by a fantastic nurse whom also cared for me during my recovery. Mr Durrant visited me before the surgery to check on me, talk me through the procedure and answer any questions that I might have. I then met with the anaesthetist and his technician/assistant, both of whom were fantastic. This was my 7th operation and was by far the best induction experience I have ever had. Upon waking I was cared for by an amazing team of three. Mr Durrant checked on me before I was discharged a few hours later. My background is in medical practice so I perhaps notice things that others might not and can honestly say that I could not fault anything during the entire experience. The pre op area, the operating theatre and the recovery areas are immaculate and very well put together. I am now 5 months post op and am pleased with my results so far. My core is so much stronger than it has been for the past 13 years and as a result I no longer overcompensate with other muscle (which often resulted in back pain). I no longer feel self conscious of my ‘pouch’ at the bottom of my abdomen meaning I can wear what I want instead of choosing styles that hide it, this is particularly nice when wearing swimwear. My new belly button looks a little bit like I have two belly buttons but I am giving it more time to heal and Mr Durrant has offered to correct this if I am still unhappy with it. My breasts are still settling and perhaps will take a little longer being polyurethane and being under the muscle. I have quite a lot of muscle so this probably made it a little more challenging. The results so far are a HUGE improvement on were I started from! My entire experience with Mr Durrant and his team at the Adnova Clinic was extremely positive, so much so that I am actually visiting the clinic again in a couple of weeks to discuss having a mini facelift with Mr Durrant and a rhinoplasty with Mr Bigg. I am very glad with my decision to have my surgery at the Adnova Clinic with Mr Durrant.

From start to finish this was a million miles away from the augmentation I received from my first surgeon who quite frankly was a chauvinist pig! I had wanted to have a tummy tuck for the last 8 years as three 9lb+ babies had left me with severe muscle separation and no matter how hard I worked in the gym nothing changed and it just left me disheartened and not really bothering.
