100% would recommend Mr. Lambe, Jayne, Reflect Clinic, and the staff at Wilmslow Hospital.The whole process from first inquiry (Jayne), consultation (Mr. Lambe), review of procedures - which resulted in me adding a mini-tummy tuck to the breast aug, hospital, and surgery, and post-op has been flawless. I cannot compliment the service, advice, time to consider, and efficiency of the day of surgery enough. I came across Mr. Lambe by searching for top surgeons in the North West. His PA Jayne is friendly, efficient, and in contact at regular but appropriate intervals and the following procedure too. I saw Mr. Lambe at my consultation, prior to the procedure and 10days following, each occasion I found him to be approachable, consistent, a good listener, and cared about his work. I also felt like it was me who had to convince him I wanted the surgery and was questioned about what I wanted and why directly before surgery to give me the opportunity to reconsider without judgment. I had lived for years with breasts that needed repairing after a previous breast augmentation elsewhere. Due to this I was anxious about finding another surgeon but then I found Mr Lambe. It was apparent after my first consultation that this was complex, and he gave me realistic expectations of my results showing astounding empathy in such a delicate subject. I have to stress that it's easy to find pics on the net of 'simple' breast augmentations , however what makes the best surgeons are those who can deal with challenging cases. My results are beyond my expectations. This man is a master in what he does and my words to him were 'you're a magician!' Jayne his secretary was a huge part of my journey prior and after surgery. It really is about the journey and the array of emotions you go through- Jayne is amazing and will support any need / query and welcome you to contact her about anything/anytime. We had many laughs that just made my day! Aftercare has been outstanding, and it's just as important as the consultations prior . Reflect clinic has restored my faith that there are some genuine, skilled and humane surgeons out there! Relieved that I have these outstanding results, and can finally move on from another surgeons work that knocked my confidence and limited relationships. Research is key , and I can confidently advise you Mr Lambe and his team will give you the best advice and results achievable! Thank you doesn’t seem to suffice ! Life changing! X

After doing some long research for a boob job, I chose Dr Lambe as he seemed to be the best fit for me. Choosing to have surgery or go through surgery is a massive deal and it's important to pick the right person to do it. I wasn't wrong, from the consultation to after care, the service has been amazing. I couldn't have chose a better surgeon. He makes you feel so at home, no judgment, no pressure and just easy which is what you need when making a decision like this or going through surgery. My boobs look amazing and feel amazing, I wanted a natural look and that's what I got. Also, Jayne literally became a best friend throughout it all too, any time I had question's she was there to help and always so friendly, even when I knew I was being annoying! I strongly recommend this team, so glad I didn't go elsewhere. Dream team!!

I'm three weeks post surgery and cannot express how delighted I am with the breast augmentation that Mr Lambe carried out. I have been so well looked after from the very first phonecall enquiring about the procedure all the way through to the post op care. Mr Lambe made me feel at ease throughout and Jayne, his fantastic PA, was always on hand to offer advice. I can't recommend Mr Lambe and his team enough, they really have done a fantastic job.

Mr Lambe was incredible! He was there every step of the way and put me at ease throughout the process. Him and Jayne never pressured me into booking in and made sure I was 100% comfortable before booking a surgery date. I had my breast augmentation in July 2020, so had to go into hospital alone. Mr Lambe and his team were amazing and made me so comfortable. Jayne was also amazing after the surgery she was only a text away and answered all questions quickly. You really build a relationship with reflect clinic and feel important to them.

I can’t thank Gerard Lambe at Reflect Clinic enough for my wonderful new boobs! I had been toying with the idea of breast augmentation for years and at 25 years of age (size 32A), I decided to start my journey to bigger boobs. As a perfectionist myself I did a huge amount of research around potential surgeons, what to expect, sizes and shapes. It quickly became clear that Gerard is renowned for his work and there are many excellent reviews from women who are completely over the moon with the end result. Being from Manchester myself it made perfect sense to enquire with Reflect Clinic and arrange a consultation. I submitted a form online but a few days later thought it would be best to call and speak to his personal assistant Jayne who is a wonderful woman, so warm and incredibly welcoming! Jayne answered all my initial queries and booked me in for a consultation with Mr Lambe. The consultation was everything I could have wanted and more! From the initial introductions I felt completely at ease with him. I brought my parents along for support and he was very welcoming of that. I had lots and lots of questions and looking back I don’t think I stopped talking! I’d like to thank Mr Lambe for his patience and for answering everything informatively and genuinely. There are so many options in regards to size, shape and profile that it can be a little overwhelming when making the final decision. I requested for a natural look that suited my frame. Mr Lambe examined me and took some pictures for the 3D Crisalix goggles where you can see what different sizes and shapes would look like. This was very informative being able to see the difference as you transition from a smaller to a larger size. The consultation lasted approximately 1 hour and during this time I didn’t feel rushed at all. Following the consultation i spoke with Jayne regarding potential dates. I knew 100% I wanted Mr Lambe as my surgeon and with Spring coming I was keen to get a date booked in for as soon as possible. Jayne was incredibly attentive and understanding of this and I can’t thank her enough for making the necessary arrangements for me to have the procedure done sooner than expected. I had a second consultation with Mr Lambe to agree on size and shape followed by a pre-op assessment on the same day. On the day of the procedure I checked into Spire and was escorted up to my own private room. I was given a menu to select my dinner choices and honestly felt like I was in a hotel! I was visited by the nurse looking after me, the anaesthetist and lastly by Mr Lambe himself about an hour before the surgery. I was fully informed of the process and because of this and the level of upfront care I received I felt at ease. When I came round from the procedure the doctors and nurses down in surgery made sure the pain was under control prior to taking me back up to my room. Following surgery the nurses were incredibly attentive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had a visit from Mr Lambe the morning after surgery to check on me. He was happy with the boobs already and informed me again of the aftercare. I rested at home for a couple of weeks, followed Mr Lambe’s advise and was up walking and doing more things for myself after about a week of rest. I knew Mr Lambe and Jayne were only on the other end of the phone should I need them. After 2 weeks I visited Spire for my dressings to be removed, and a week later met with Mr Lambe for a check up. I’m 6 weeks post operation and so so happy with the results. They are everything I wanted; they have given me so much more confidence and honestly changed my life! Looking back the whole process was a breeze an that’s thanks to the genuine nature and real talent of Mr Lambe, his wonderful PA Jayne and the outstanding quality of Spire Hospital. I will be forever grateful for the happiness you have brought me, and I cannot recommend Reflect Clinic enough. I visited Mr Lambe at Spire hospital in Manchester to discuss concerns with my breast. I had previous breast implants some 13 years ago and these had started to sag , stretching my skin and giving me back problems. As soon as I met Mr Lambe I realised what a wonderful man he was. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and listened to my concerns. He examined my breast recommending an uplift and putting in slightly smaller implants. I only have a small frame he thought that this would be more suitable and give me my desired affect. I also discussed with Mr Lambe having a mummy makeover on my tummy and he recommend a mini tummy tuck as he felt that would be sufficient enough to compliment my figure. I felt under no obligation at all at any point and loved Mr Lambe’s friendly and understanding manner. During my operation all the staff at Spire were amazing and made you feel very much at ease. The staff and Mr Lambe talked you through the whole procedure step by step. The hospital itself is spotlessly clean. I am now healing wonderfully and looking forward to showing off my new figure when I go on holiday. I researched Mr Lambe before I started this process and he certainly lived up to his reputation. Mr. Lambe and Jayne, his secretary were extremely helpful and professional from the beginning of the process. I have seen a few surgeons before while I was doing my research and I don’t exaggerate when I say that after the first interaction I knew 100% that I found what I was looking for. I remember calling my friend straight away and told him, that’s it, he is the one! He was patient, professional, kind and really caring from the beginning. I had tons of questions and done my research thoroughly before I spoke with him, so I had questions around the tiniest details and he patiently answered all of them without getting annoyed or frustrated whereas other surgeons didn’t really want to take time to explain anything or seemed to be either ignorant or arrogant. Some people might not be as nervous as I was about the procedure, but I think a procedure like this is a big decision about your body, so I wanted to have a piece of mind that my doctor would truly take care of me before and on the day and after. Mr Lambe didn’t fall short on anything, when I expressed my worries to him, actually he offered he is happy to hold my hand before I fall asleep if I want to and I was happy, I didn’t even have to ask for it, but he had a good understanding how important it is. At the same time of course, I didn’t feel any pressure from him going ahead with anything even on the actual day. So another reason why I also chose him, because he was the only and first one who said he likes to keep his patients in for the first night just in case any assistance is needed. And I think that was needed as well. I felt sick even the next day, but it was good that the nurses were there on the first day/night and confirmed everything is fine or what I can and cannot do. At the end of the day it is a surgery and my wellbeing was just as important as the outcome. He is very knowledgeable with excellent empathetic and interpersonal skills and down-to-earth person and anybody can be assured they will be in good hands with him. The after-care from them was amazing as well. I could talk to Jayne any time on the phone and Mr. Lambe came back to my emails promptly whenever I had any concerns and provided his expertise when it was needed. He is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to which you really want from your surgeon and am very happy I found him and went ahead with the procedure . I love my results and I would go to him again if I needed anything.

The best in the business. I did my research and was recommended by a nurse who had seen the work of Mr Lambe so that was enough for me. Amazing team from jayne through to Mr Lambe expert advise and breast care nurses all were so professional and made me feel special. The final results are amazing and even during healing when i was concerned was told not to hesitate to make contact and reassurance was given. Nothing was too much trouble. I adore my breast lift which is so natural, youthful and amazing. Worth every penny and its now given me so much confidence, oh and a new wardrobe too.

If you are considering undergoing any cosmetic procedure then I can’t recommend Mr Lambe highly enough. After losing a considerable amount of weight and having a baby I made the decision to undergo a Mummy Makeover after I realised that diet and exercise would only transform my body up to a point. During my consultation I felt that the care I received was completely personalised to me, my concerns and my own body shape. I had previously booked a procedure under another local clinic but cancelled. At reflect clinic I didn’t feel any pressure to go ahead with the procedure, nor did I feel at any point that the consultation was a sales pitch or that I was another customer. Mr Lambe listened to the concerns I had regarding my body and gave a thorough explanation with regards to both procedures, the expected recovery and results. Being able to visualise with the software how the different implants would affect the size and shape of my breasts was helpful and gave me realistic expectations. I felt at ease with my surgeon as soon as I entered the consultation room and knew after our meeting and my research online that I definitely made the right decision. I can’t express how much I have been delighted with the care I have received from the start of my journey to my current follow up. My recovery process went smoothly and whenever i did have concerns I knew that the lovely Jayne was right at the end of the phone and that Mr Lambe was always there to address any issues no matter how small. The results have been astounding. I have a new confidence with my body that I didn’t think was possible and I am wearing clothes which I would never have dreamed wearing before.
