I was initially a little bit hesitant to get my rhinoplasty done and had just an exploratory conversation with Dr Uppal. He put me very much at ease and explained the procedure in an accessible but detailed manner. My main concerns were downtime and wanting a very natural, subtle change which I'm thankful to say is what I got. It's been 7 days since my surgery and my minimal bruising has all but disappeared and most of the swelling has gone. I'm more than delighted with the outcome. My procedure was straightforward with minimal pain and discomfort - I was in and out of the hospital in 6 hours (including time for surgery prep, dinner and ice cream after!). Admittedly I was very anxious in the lead up to the surgery with lots of concerns about downtime, appearance and surgical mishaps but Dr Uppal was on hand via phone to alay all of these misgivings.

Mr Uppal’s exceptional expertise, reconstructed my breast after a mastectomy using a Diep flap and lifted my other breast for symmetry. I am delighted and very blessed Rajan Uppal was my surgeon. He has been key in helping put the scars of cancer behind me.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr Uppal. I was well looked after from my consultation all the way through. He did everything to put me at ease, the surgery went smoothly and I am very happy with the result. I had a closed septorhinoplasty with Mr Uppal to reduce a dorsal hump and straighten my septum as I struggled to breathe through my left nostril for a long time. The consultation was excellent (I'd had two previous with two different surgeons prior and didn't leave feeling at all sure). He was conscientious, relaxed, welcoming and very thorough, listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve. He took photos and I was able to see a generated review of what the expected outcome would be, based on my preference, but of course, taking into account his recommendations as a professional. Post op, recovery was very easy and swelling and bruising was very minimal. Mr Uppal provides a direct contact number through whatsapp, so if you're ever worrying, you drop him a message and he is able to reassure you or suggest next steps. The results were exceptional and exactly what I was hoping for and I couldn't be more pleased I chose Mr Uppal for what is a very big decision. I can unreservedly recommend him if you're considering a septo/rhinoplasty as he's clearly a master of his craft. Thanks very much Mr Uppal and team!

I did lots of research before contacting Mr Uppal and his team to make sure I was only going via a reputable professional with proven results. I am very pleased that I made the right choice. From start to finish, it has been a very easy process to go through. The operation was over as quickly as it started, the hospital was great and the team Mr Uppal uses were brilliant including the anaesthetist (Dr Pattinson) who was lovely. Mr Uppal’s secretary Dina was also very friendly and quick to help with any questions I had. I’m on week 2 of recovery and it’s been almost painless with the results already showing.
