For years I have been thinking about this surgery never being totally happy with my breasts. After looking weight recently I was even more unhappy and as I am 40 next year I wanted to make this the year for me, finally doing what I would like to do and making myself happy rather than doing everything for everyone else. After extensive research i knew I did not want to go too big with the implant just fill out what I had and a little more. I was interested in the Motiva preserve method as it seemed the best for my lifestyle, the most minimal harm to the breast tissue and minimal down time were the biggest pull. After so much research I wanted to go with the best of the best therefore found Mr Paul Banwell. From the first meeting I knew this was who I wanted to do my surgery, his knowledge, advice, support and care were perfect. We discussed size and he addressed any concerns I had about the procedure. Then his incredible team at the pantheons clinic addressed any other questions I had at any time. Harriet and Aimee were so caring and supportive also I felt so comfortable with the entire team. I had my surgery at the East Grinstead clinic, the wonderful Mcindoe center where it was like being looked after by a team of angels. I felt very supported every step of the way. Arrived at 7.15 after fasting overnight before the general anaesthetic. Met the anaesthetist who was very knowledgeable and supportive. Met my wonderful surgeon again to confirm 165cc motiva ergonomix 2 implants, he drew on me all the details he needed and we were ready to go. I was told I was third on the list, I really didn’t wait long at all, lovely Tom and the anaesthetist team kept me calm before the surgery. The next thing I knew I was waking up, no pain just slightly dazed from the anaesthetic had some yummy food, Paul came in to check on me which was very lovely then I went home the same day. Left with antibiotics & pain killers to help with sleep & healing. I am now 5 days post surgery and truly the only thing I have felt is a slight tightness across my chest and slight pulling on one side (my right side) I am right handed so this is my dominant side for reaching, opening doors writing etc so it’s understandable there is always one side that can hurt a little more but I haven’t needed any pain killers at all. Listen to your surgeons advice and take it easy after surgery it’s is still serious and you will take time to heal, if you look after yourself your implants will look after you. I haven’t even passed a week post surgery and I LOVE MY BREASTS SO MUCH I can’t stop looking at them it truly is the best thing I have ever done. I can’t wait for the drop and fluff in a few months time but they already look beautiful I was a small 32b before and would say I am already a 32c/d but have to wait for all the swelling to go down. (Most of it has already gone!) I had a macron post surgery bra after of which I ordered 2 so I can alternate just to keep clean and I showered the next day 24 hours later! Was just very careful around the incision areas (they are taped with very strong surgical tape but be careful) I also dry my tapes after the shower with a hairdryer on a low cool setting before I put my surgical bra back on which is very comfy. They don’t look fake at all I can’t see any edge or even really feel them. I had so many questions before hand so please ask me anything you want to I am so happy to answer anything you need. Dr Paul Banwell is truly the best I am so so happy he did my surgery and I’m just over the moon with how perfect they look. Thank you Paul for making me like me again xx

I had a breast augmentation 9 weeks ago with Dr Banwell and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had motiva demi 205cc over the muscle. From start to finish I felt reassured he was the right person to do it. I had done so much research, arguably too much! The main priority for me was natural results and that’s exactly what I have got. I exercise a lot and the recovery was absolutely fine! Painkillers for 3/4 days after that just a little tight on the chest. Couldn’t recommend him and his fantastic team enough!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Paul Banwell for my breast lift surgery. As a perfectionist myself, I really appreciated his meticulous attention to detail — it immediately put me at ease knowing I was in such capable hands. He was incredibly diligent in understanding and accommodating my rheumatoid arthritis, enlisting support from Dr Katia Sindali, so that I would spend less time in surgery - it was clear that he genuinely cares about every single patient. As a health and nutrition coach, it was very important to me that we approached this holistically — supporting my body through the procedure and ensuring that the results were natural and balanced. Although aesthetics were the driver for this surgery, the lift also supported better posture and alignment, helping my body look proportionate and harmonious. I’ve always focused on my fitness and nutrition, but the additional skin on my breasts meant that surgery was really the only option to achieve the final, polished result. His work feels more like a craft than a job; the passion, energy, and precision he brings are remarkable. I felt completely confident throughout the process and couldn’t be happier with the results - In fact, my breasts have never looked this good, even in my 20s (I'm now 47!). Despite having a very large pigmented areola, they were able to expertly reduce most of it, which has made a huge difference — I can now wear low-cut tops comfortably, something I couldn’t do before.

From start to finish Dr Banwell and his team were very professional. I am so happy with my breast implants and they feel part of my body. I researched the type of implants I wanted for years. The Ergonomic is what I went for during to its durability and ease of movement once placed into the breast area. Highly recommend Dr Banwell.

I had the best experience with Paul Banwell and couldn’t recommend him enough. After my first consultation with Paul I knew for sure that I would be going ahead with him as my surgeon. I had MIA breast augmentation done around 9 weeks ago and am incredibly happy with my results. Hospital staff were fantastic also. I wanted a more natural result which I have absolutely received. They are undetectable in my option, the scars are very small and are in my armpits. They look and feel like my natural breasts but better. I went from a B cup to a full D. I feel so much more confident about my body since the surgery and no longer need push up bras or to feel self conscious without a bra. Best decision I’ve ever made

I had breast implants for 20 years which had rippled and caused me to be self conscious. The procedure I asked for upon meeting Paul was removal and replacement of the implants. When I met Paul, he was warm and friendly. He explained clearly the procedure and managed my expectations of the outcome. The operation itself went smoothly and Paul saw me straight afterwards to reassure me. The staff providing aftercare were fabulous. Paul saw me again after my one night stay in hospital and said he was pleased with how the operation went. I was able to ring the hospital day or night after the procedure with any questions. The result of the procedure outweighed my expectations. My breasts are ripple free and I feel young again!! Paul worked his magic. I wouldn't consider going to any other surgeon for breast augmentation. With Paul you will get the best outcome.

Mummy makeover (BA 265cc and 245 cc Motiva under muscle, TT, a tiny bit of lypo and tummy muscle repair). I am 9 months post-surgery and a happy woman. Dr Banwell is an artist with the scalpel. He helped me improve my confidence, my self-belief and gave me back the body I had before children and more! I was nervous patient, asked one million questions, had lots of calls with him and his team before deciding. I am so happy I chose him. He is busy so have your questions ready. He dedicates his time and skill to the surgery and the results speak for themselves.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Paul Banwell at the McIndoe Centre and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the first consultation, Dr. Banwell was kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. He explained everything clearly, and I felt completely safe and in good hands throughout. I had 320/340cc Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle, and I’m quite tall and didn’t have much breasts before ( a low B cup) — the results are beautifully in proportion to the rest of my body and exactly what I was hoping for. They look and feel very natural, and my confidence is so high now. I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. Pain-wise, I was surprised at how manageable it was. I only needed paracetamol for a few days, I didn’t need anything stronger but I would definitely recommend having someone with you to help out — especially with sitting up, moving around, and general support around the house. ( with that help recovery was easy and painless) I was really anxious before the procedure but Aimee, Paul And the nurses were just amazing! I’m so glad I chose Dr. Banwell. I had a Mia Femtech breast augmentation a few weeks ago and am extremely pleased with the result. I was looking for a very natural shape and, counterintuitively, Dr Banwell advised me to go one size larger than I had planned to create that look. The Mia Femtech experience lived up to the marketing hype as well. I arrived at hospital at 7am and was out by noon and went straight out to lunch. I only took over the counter pain medication on the first night and didn’t require it beyond that. I really appreciated the time Dr Banwell took to work out what the best size would be for my specific body and couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
