The most amazing Dr so professional and so caring compassionate and excellent at his job. The clinic is beautiful. London seems to be full of instagram surgeons nowadays and Dr G is the best of the best. I have known him for years and always get the results I want. The best surgeon in London with excellent bedside manner incredibly professional.

5 stars all around. About week 4 post septoplasty and having unrestricted breathing thru nose is wonderful. I had a previous unsuccessful septoplasty in USA so there was risk with doing this again. Dr Golchin was straightforward about the risk and set expectations correctly. He's a solid guy, personable and skilled in his area. I would highly recommend him. Great practice/office at the Beacon, Dublin and the staff are excellent. I always felt taken care of.

Really happy with the results of my rhinoplasty with Mr. Golchin. The result is so natural and suits my face perfectly. I've included an after pic of my side profile, two months after my surgery. Mr. Golchin addressed three cosmetic areas for me. First I had an uneven bridge when viewed from the front. Secondly, from the side my nose looked large for my profile, as it had a hump. Lastly, I thought it would look better if the tip of my nose was slightly smaller. I had wanted nose surgery for more than 10 years. Mr. Golchin said it was clear from my suggestions for cosmetic improvements that I had given it a lot of thought. The recovery went well, I had very little bruising. I have my second post-op appointment with Mr. Golchin tomorrow. One thing that surprised me is how quickly I adjusted to my new nose. It feels like it has always been shaped this way, but I still look like "me". If a friend or family member told me they were thinking of having this procedure done, and they were going to Mr. Golchin, I would be delighted for them, and not in the slightest bit worried, as I'd know they are in great hands.

I first went to Dr. Golchin to see if he could help my breathing in my nose. He advised me to first deal with my allergies and get these under control so he could best assess the situation. Then after I improved that aspect he then he fully investigated my previous surgeries and results. Then he felt I was suitable to have septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Throughout there was excellent communication and accommodation from all staff. I had my surgery in the Beacon Hospital, Dublin where the staff were very attentive and caring. Especially with covid restrictions not letting in visitors. I stayed one night in the hospital where I was given some pain medication and antibiotics. The pain was not extreme. I had splints in my nose and plaster paris on top. I had some bruising around my eyes but not really black eyes. I left hospital the next day feeling confident with after card instructions. The first week I rested at home. I used a nasal rinse and ointment several times a day. I was able to contact Dr. Golchin’s clinic even at the weekend, they were very helpful. A week later I got my splints out. A lot of the pain and uncomfortableness went away after this. I could also breathe a lot better than before. Then a week after I got the plaster off and got to see my nose. I had a couple of things I didn’t like about my nose which I feel Dr. Golchin corrected very well. All in all I’m very happy I chose Dr. Golchin and it was a very successful surgery.

Mr. Golchin has been an amazing surgeon and at all times provided the highest standard of patient care and commitment. For most of my adult life, I have suffered from nasal breathing problems. Several years ago a different surgeon attempted to fix this but in summary, it failed and the advice was to then search for a solution abroad. I decided to live with the problem instead until recently when I heard of Mr. Golchin. When I met Mr. Golchin I was greeted with a profound level of patient care, honesty, and a level of commitment that gave me a real opportunity for a solution. Mr. Golchin was able to reverse the damage done from the previous surgery and correct a condition known as alar collapse, which has finally solved the breathing problems I have endured for many years. I would highly recommend him and his team who are also highly professional and kind.

My GP recommended I see Mr. Golchin to discuss a rhinoplasty. Mr. Golchin assessed my problem thoroughly and clearly explained what he could realistically do for me. He ensured I was happy with his plans before he proceeded with the operation. The end result is exactly as he predicted and I'm delighted. The difference is subtle but life-changing for me. The post op after care from Mr. Golchin has been exceptional. I always felt I was in safe hands and was well looked after. Thank you Mr. Golchin.

I had thought about having rhinoplasty for many years(I'm 54) and eventually after much searching and review checking, I make an appointment with Mr Golchin in the Beacon Clinic for Oct 2020. He is very nice to deal with and doesn't promise miracles and was very open about me seeking a 2nd opinion, I didn't as I trusted him. He was very open about the pros and cons of the surgery and that 10% of rhinoplasty patients are not totally satisfied. Mr Golchin is very conscious about the patients wishes from the surgery I had my open rhinoplasty surgery early Dec and the recovery has gone extremely well. I had a deviated septum and dorsel hump, general big nose. Now it's not the first thing I see when I look in the mirror. It takes about 6 weeks before you can wear glasses after surgery as the nose is soft. 10 wks post surgery I still experience some swelling after sleeping but this reduces during the morning. I absolutely recommend Mr Golchin, a gifted surgeon.

My nose has bothered me from a young age . I had a very deviated septum and hump from the side along with a slightly droopy tip. I finally took the leap and had surgery with Mr.Golchin and I’m so happy I did . I’m 2 weeks post op and love my results so far even with the swelling . I look like the exact same person just improved. My nose isn’t the first thing I see when I look in the mirror anymore. I knew I trusted Dr.Golchin from the minute I met him . So cool, calm and professional. I did find the first few days post op pretty hard physically and emotionally so just be sure it’s something you really want and have thought long and hard about. I have been seeing Mr Golchin over many years, having tried various other London based Doctors prior to this. Mr Golchin is, quite simply, outstanding at what he does. His ability to refresh and recapture a more youthful facial contour is incredible. Not only does he have huge artistic talent, but he also has an innate sense of knowing exactly what is needed. Over the years I have had Botox, Injectable Fillers and Silhouette Soft Threads, combined with skin tightening. This work has taken me through my 40's to reach 50 years old, looking far younger than I would have otherwise and I cannot thank Mr Golchin enough for all his help over this time. I looked fresh and radiant for my wedding at age 48 years old for which I will be eternally grateful to him! He is someone I would recommend highly to anyone feeling the signs of age and not necessarily wanting to take the surgery route immediately. The results that Mr Golchin can achieve are remarkable. On top of this, Mr Golchin is full of Irish charm and humour. He is incredibly down to earth and natural in his approach which means it feels very easy to trust him right from the outset. Mr Golchin genuinely has your best interests at heart and this shines through. He always tells the truth and will never recommend a treatment he does not feel is necessary, or will not help/make a significant difference. I hope this helps anyone considering a treatment with Mr Golchin. He is the best there is!

I've had many treatments with Mr Golchin - started out just with botox but since then have had fillers, Total FX laser and ulthera. Mr. G is a true find - a bit of a secret for those in the know in London. I wouldn’t trust my face with anybody else - he has such a light touch and good eye, and is worth every penny. Nobody ever knows what I’ve done or indeed whether I‘ve had anything done....I just get comments about how great I’m looking and asked what my secret is. For Botox and filler, I can’t recommend Mr G enough, the results are so natural. He never goes too far. What I really appreciate about Mr G is that he truly listens to my concerns. I completely trust his input and suggestions - he always tells me when I don’t need something too, which I believe is a sign of both integrity and good taste. Bottom line, you won’t find anyone better!
