Absolutely delighted with my treatment. I had facial surgery and really pleased with results. The care i recieved from Mr McGeorge and his team was fantastic. The before snd aftercare was brilliant was talked through everything.before.so was confident and knew what to expect Was able to get in touch with Mr McGeorges secretary sian easily with any questions I had after procedure. He took the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. His extensive knowledge and caring approach really stood out, and at no point did I feel pressured to make any decisions. I left the consultation feeling confident and well-informed. Douglas is an extremely skilled plastic surgeon and performed three breast augmentations to help me to achieve not only the increase in breast size I desired, but also a natural breast shape, which was very important to me. I called him multiple times before each procedure and he always came back to me and answered my questions. He really listens to what you want to achieve and is completely honest regarding what is possible. Over 20 years later I am still incredible happy with my breasts.

Douglas is not only a kind, approachable, respectful person he is a consummate professional and is clearly a well respected expert in his field. He has given me an "elegant cleavage" as he promised, I am delighted with the result so far (only 3 weeks post surgery). He listened and delivered. I can't say enough good things about him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Douglas McGeorge is the nicest man you could wish to meet. He is professional and kind and a fantastic surgeon. I had two procedures and am delighted with the results. I have read a couple of reviews saying he is arrogant but this is totally untrue. I cannot rate him highly enough.

I had a great experience with Mr McGeorge. I have wanted Rhinoplasty all my life to remove a bump in my nose but didn't really ever know where to start/know if I wanted to go through it. Once I had decided to go ahead, I was recommended Mr McGeorge through a friend of a friend, her results were great and she was very please with the whole experience and was more than happy to recommend. I had a consultation with Mr McGeorge where he explained the ideal results he would try to get with me, drew a diagram and went through the processes. If i'm honest, I probably could have been more prepared myself in what I wanted to ask/any worries I had, but I felt confident with everything that had been explained to go ahead. Once the surgery was done I found out that I actually had broken cartilage in my nose which I hadn't been aware of, Mr McGeorge did a bone graft during the procedure so it was probably more complex than anticipated but i'm so pleased with the results. In the days following Mr McGeorge was really responsive and helpful to any queries I had about my recovery. I'm a month post-op now and really pleased with my results, my nose actually looks better than I'd imagined it would!

Hi Im small build, Height 5”4 Weight 50kg. Had implants removed 2007 due to being very unhappy with the look, I decided to not replace & stayed with my natural AA cup. Tried to make the best of what I had but always there in he back of my mind how I wished I was a little bigger & feel more womanly. Big 50th last year & thought Were only here once I’m going for it! Scheduled for May to have Motiva 205cc, very nervous but excited. Would really appreciate feedback from others who have had Motiva implants Thank you ???? Updated on 25 Apr 2019: Feeling really anxious been reading some reviews on implants making you ill, hair falling out..... Is the size my surgeon has suggested the right size (205 motiva) don’t want to be big but I don’t want to go through all that surgery for one cup size up. My head is spinning! Updated on 9 May 2019: All done in a little bit of pain & chest feeling a wee bit tight. Have this tape wrapped around both boobs making them look high, big & Madonnaish! I have to wear the tape for 10days. Not gonna lie it has proper freaked me out I only wanted little ones really hope they go down. Updated on 9 May 2019: Couldn’t sleep very uncomfortable & crazy thoughts running through my head. I’ve read so many profiles on here morning after they are in love with there new boobies. I’m not feeling that way at all I feel like a freak & there to big I was expecting them to be much smaller. Updated on 10 May 2019: Much better sleep last night in my own bed. No change, if anything more swollen. Feel like I should be on a high but I’m feeling quite low I haven’t told any of my family or friends, my husband & children have been great support. I’m quite an active person on the go all the time always potting around. I’m feeling little frustrated now I’m home. Boobies still swollen the minute I move my arms pick something up they tense up & go rock hard. Don’t get my tape bands of till wk on Tuesday hopefully will notice a difference in there look & feel. Will upload pics once bands are off. Updated on 20 May 2019: Hi, feeling well in my self considering lack of sleep! Can’t wait to be able to lay on my side. Dressings come off tomorrow which I’m really looking forward to. I have no boob greed at the mo just a little worried they may be to big, hopefully once the dressings are off I will be able to visualise what my end result will be. Updated on 22 May 2019: Had my dressing off yesterday no ‘Wow’ feeling for me : ( I still feel they are to big I just wanted small & natural but I have two balls that don’t even resemble each other. I’m feeling so anxious Updated on 30 May 2019: Starting to notice little less swelling :) Less pain just little pulling in left breast she my problem one :( Been to see my PS due to feeling so anxious he made me think differently in a more positive way. Back to my normal routine Just got the odd twinges. Left is still higher & hard. Right is softening up. Scars are a little lumpy & bumpy so hopefully they will correct over time. You can see my old scars my PS didn’t re open them as he felt the skin tissue wouldn’t be a good support. So far really happy with the size, looking forward to 3-6 mth mark as more swelling should have gone down then they will be perfect. Happy healing ladies! Updated on 23 Jun 2019: 6wks & healing well, left still not as soft but my lefty has been my troublesome one :/ PS surgeon has giving me the all clear to work out. Scheduled to see him in another 6wks. Question for all you BA ladies have you noticed there seems to be a lot journeys on here of ladies who are having implants removed through illness memory fog, fatigue, extreme hair loss..... What are your thoughts on this? I’m not gonna lie it’s scared me a bit. Hope your all healing well. Im very happy with my mini boob op, I have the Goldilocks outcome ‘There not to big or to small just right’ for me. Happy healing ladies : ) Updated on 16 Oct 2019: Always worked out & eat healthy stayed the same weight for yrs. But since having my BA I’ve put unwanted weight on. Has any of you ladies experienced the same thing? Updated on 14 Nov 2019: 6mth check up went well. There not perfect but there my kind of perfect : ))) I’ve gone from nothing to 30c/32c depending on style & brand of bra. Updated on 5 Jun 2020: Can’t see them changing anymore. Happy with what I’ve got as there a damn sight better than they where.

I can sing Mr McGeorges praises as outstanding as my surgery experience was amazing from start to end. I can truly say that my results are every thing that I wanted and more. I can now shop off the peg! My backache has disappeared and everything looks wonderful and most importantly I feel wonderful.

Hi! Thought I would do a review as I viewed so many amazing reviews on here that really helped me decide to go ahead with surgery. I had my OP on Friday 25th August 2017 with Douglas McGeorge at the Spire Cheshire hospital. I had two slightly uneven breasts before so had a 425cc and 380cc implant to even them out. Mr McGeorge was amazing, very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. Admittedly I decided to go with a more 'I'll just trust you' approach but if you're comfortable with your surgeon I think this is best. The staff at the hospital were mostly amazing, the service and food etc was brilliant I really can't fault it. I didn't stress or worry once despite going on my own for the whole thing. Updated on 31 Aug 2017: Updated on 31 Aug 2017: Updated on 31 Aug 2017: I had blisters under some of the tape at the edges which was uncomfortable. The weeping was quite bad and went through to my clothes but 6 days on its slowing down. The pain has been fine, I haven't been stiff once. It's more uncomfortable than actual pain. Updated on 7 Sep 2017: 2 weeks tomorrow! Some of the wound is open and a bit nasty but overall pleased.

I have been contemplating an augmentation for about 2 years and I eventually bit the bullet. I had a lack of volume and just wanted to be natural looking not false. Mr McGeorge suggested a sub muscular shaped implant. I was uncomfortable after surgery but no painkillers needed after 2 days. I couldn't be happier with the result they are the perfect size.
