I had a breast augmentation with Russell in December 2025. When I first thought about having this surgery, the only surgeon I knew I would ever go to would be Russell if this was a surgery I decided to proceed with. I have always admired Russell’s work and trusted that he would do a fantastic job without having met him yet. When I was set on having this surgery, Avril was beyond accommodating to ensure I could get within the time frame that suited me due to being self employed. Her warm welcome and kindness made me feel automatically at ease, comfortable and confident in this process. My consultation with Russell was extremely informative, he is very honest and professional which is something I admire. He took the time to learn my reasoning behind the surgery and I trusted him to take full control on the size, implant style/shape and placement of the implants. After a detailed conversation we both agreed which is right for my frame as I wanted a natural but noticeable result. I trusted Russell fully that he would do a remarkable job and anything I thought I may have wanted I took his complete advice and guidance. Avril was in contact throughout the wait between my consultation & surgery and luckily I managed to move to an earlier slot due to work commitments which suited me better. Avril would answer all questions in detail and give me reasoning for her answer which again is something I appreciated. This isn’t something I’ve experienced before when getting cosmetic work although professionals may get asked the same question over and over again I’ve found responds in the past quite blunt and had to do my own research however this was not the case with Avril or Russell they gave all information leaving me with very minimal questions and the response was always extremely detailed with a speedy response. Avril’s replies were more or less instant which I love it’s like she is on call 24/7! The day of the surgery myself & Russell done a recap on the details discussed at the consultation, he spoke me through what the process was and what the day would look like for me as a patient. Once I woke up from surgery unexpectedly I was in absolutely no pain, the hospital was incredible and Russell popped by to see me before being discharged although he had a busy day of surgeries which again I appreciated. I did manage to return to work earlier than expected as my recovery was almost non existent. I’m amazed a scar after an augmentation could be so small but already its really hard to see. This has restored my confidence beyond expectations. I am so happy I had this procedure and I am so lucky I managed to have Russell as my surgeon. I am truly grateful to Avril for her kindness and support throughout this experience aswell! I already was recommending Russell prior to having this surgery as I knew his work was fantastic but I can now share my own experience with others.

Had a great experience from start to finish. First consultation was very thorough and reassuring, what a lovely person to deal with. Surgery day was great , felt welcomed and mind put at ease by Dr Bramhall. Procedure went very well , I was shocked at how wonderful the outcome was, more than I could ever have hoped for . I have chronic health issues and already I am seeing the benefits on my neck , shoulders and upper back . I had been very self-conscious and unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts for a long time, so I booked a consultation in the summer of 2025. After researching surgeons, I found Russell and immediately felt confident exploring my options with him. From my consultation in August, I felt completely at ease. Russell was approachable, kind, and reassuring. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was honest about what was realistically possible, which helped manage my expectations and gave me confidence in my decision. His experience and attention to detail were clear from the start. My surgery was in November. Russell visited me before going into theatre and again afterward to explain how well everything had gone. I experienced no pain and was able to go home the same evening. The next day, I was already out walking and feeling great. Throughout recovery, Russell and his PA, Avril, were incredibly supportive. They answered all my questions and consistently checked in, which made a huge difference both physically and mentally. At one of my post-op visits at Ross Hall, Russell personally checked in to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel so much more confident and, for the first time in a long while, feel like myself again. The surgery and recovery were far easier than I expected, thanks entirely to Russell’s expertise, care, and guidance. To anyone unsure about surgery like this, I would absolutely recommend it — it’s truly life-changing. Avril was amazing throughout the process, and Russell is, without a doubt, the best surgeon. After spending a lot of time researching breast augmentation surgery I discovered Mr Bramhall & booked a consultation. He explained in detail the procedure, what I should expect before and after surgery and answered any questions I had clearly which immediately put me at ease. The surgery went well and I’m extremely happy with the results. I experienced no pain post surgery just some discomfort. My whole experience was amazing from start to finish, I was really nervous at my consultation but Russell put me at ease and his PA Avril was so kind and answered all my questions beforehand. SIX stars for Russell who has changed my life! After wanting a breast reduction and lift for over 15 years, I had a consult with Russell just 6 months postpartum when I absolutely hated how I looked, and rather than rushing into anything, he guided me with sensitivity and honesty. He knew it wasn’t the right time for me and encouraged me to give my body more time to bounce back from pregnancy. That guidance alone told me I was in the best possible hands. By the time we did the surgery (around 1 year postpartum), I was a lot more physically and mentally ready— I was nervous prior to the surgery, typical anxious thoughts and he gave me as much of his time as I requested before my op. From the first consultation to my most recent check-in, the entire experience was flawless. My recovery was genuinely painless. I was at the shops the next day and back in the gym at 2 weeks with ZERO issues (sorry Russell - and to anyone reading.. please follow the correct aftercare lol). I felt like myself almost instantly post surgery, and still can’t believe how I felt so good so fast. My results are unbelievable, miracle work. The shape, size and also the neatness of my scars - everything is complete perfection. The transformation really made me emotional. Putting on clothes and bras and finally feeling like I’m the size I was always meant to be. Everything fits the way it should. No more adjusting, hiding, compromising — just so easy. His talent is unmatched. The team around him is just as incredible—especially his PA Avril, who was endlessly kind, supportive, and reassuring through every step. I found Doctor (Dr) Bramhall to be exceptional at his profession with a great deal of empathy towards his patients. Pre-surgery, he was diligent in his examination, both physically and mentally, taking a holistic approach. He wanted to make sure my expectations were realistic and that I understood all aspects of the procedure, which was an upper blepharoplasty. I am a very anxious person but Dr Bramhall has a calm, kind and reassuring manner which transferred to me. The surgery was over before I knew it. In my opinion he under promised and over delivered. The difference in my appearance is significant. Before, I looked and felt tired and my self esteem was low. The opposite is now true. My eyes look wide awake, my vision has improved and I have much more lid space than I could ever have hoped for. My confidence and self esteem has improved as a result of the surgery. I am delighted, grateful and so happy with my results. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Bramhall. His skills are truly amazing.

Fantastic. Russell took time to explain the procedure at my first meeting. During the procedure the nurses that were present made me feel really at ease and calm. Aftercare has been excellent and the end result are fantastic. Not only do I feel more confident, my neck pain has gone as I can now see properly instead of having to tilt my head at an angle. Staff are all so lovely and welcoming. Brilliant experience and fab results.

I had a deep plane face and neck lift and blepharoplasty by Russell. The result is outstanding, better than I could have imagined. I had twighlight sedation. My first consultation with Russell was thorough, explaining clearly the procedure, the realistic outcome and the aftercare. I felt relaxed in his company. The procedure went well, no complications and after 2 weeks I was able to go back to work. Very little bruising, no pain and the incisions were very discreet and barely noticeable. I also had full laser resurfacing by Dr Darren McEwan to improve the quality of my skin. The before and aftercare from Russell and the clinic was outstanding. My life has changed beyond recognition. I am 57 and about the age of 30 my skin started to deteriorate. It got to the stage I couldn't stand looking at photos of myself. Now I am loving life and my confidence has returned

I can't recommend Dr. Bramhall and his incredible PA, Avril, highly enough. My journey began last October when I consulted with Dr. Bramhall regarding my concerns about the appearance of my breasts after weight loss and breastfeeding. The changes had really impacted their shape and elasticity, and I had already spoken with several other surgeons. However, I felt an immediate sense of comfort with Dr. Bramhall. What impressed me most was his willingness to truly listen to my goals for the results I desired, which made me feel secure in his care. I first chose to undergo a breast reduction and was absolutely delighted with the entire experience—from Avril's clear communication to the attentive aftercare and the immediate results I noticed. I later opted for a breast augmentation, and once again, the results exceeded my expectations and have been genuinely life-changing.
