Fantastic. Russell took time to explain the procedure at my first meeting. During the procedure the nurses that were present made me feel really at ease and calm. Aftercare has been excellent and the end result are fantastic. Not only do I feel more confident, my neck pain has gone as I can now see properly instead of having to tilt my head at an angle.
