My surgery with Dr. Sanjay was a life changing experience. I was very awkward about by chest due to my prominent male breasts. All the fitness routine and weight training I did could not improve my appearance and self confidence. After my breast reduction surgery, I received boost for my fitness training. My perception about myself, my family and the whole world has taken a very positive change. I think this surgery I did was "Buddha moment" for me.

So, I guess I am not too excited that I am already posting this right after my surgery, haha! Since 2014 I have been planning about achieving this dream which I thought I would never realize until this day. As you can see the photos posted here fresh from the operating room taken by the lovely Anaesthesiologist Dr.Farah speak for itself. Nurses were also nice and really took care of me with kindness. How I hated my nose ever since I remember! Doctor Sanjay of Cocoona Clinic whom I call my godfather that granted my wish did amazing results! I didn’t show him any wish list but trusted his aesthetic artistry about what will suit my face. I also didn’t like putting implants to augment so all materials used were from myself (cartilage grafts from both my ear) After swelling I think it will get better. But I am sooo happy already! Well, I think one’s happiness depends on their own perspective. Bonus is, my nostrils got a littler bigger than before which will help me with breathing problems when my flat tip nose gets stuffed, lol! I will post some more updates post op :) Updated on 8 Sep 2020: Uploading photos today after splint removal and I am soo happy! It’s still swelling and a bit hard but I loved how natural the result is. No visible scars also and my two ears got bruised but they are still fine! I will update again after the swelling is gone. I got what I asked, subtle and natural result yet it’s a lot lot improved shape and I got a bridge too :) Updated on 11 Sep 2020: I’m posting updates with photos 9 days after op and 3 days after splint removal. The struggle is real when you’re experiencing post-surgery anxieties. My mistake: looking at the mirror and taking selfies literally every minute. I think it’s normal. Though I anticipated the swelling, I got so worried about the deviations and assymmetry I see on the mirror and photos. I didn’t mind the swelling as I know it would subside eventually but thinking the bridge will look curvy permanently makes me paranoid. One thing is for sure: trust your surgeon. You have reasons why you chose him. You trusted him with your life and it won’t hurt avoiding unnecessary stress by listening to him when he says don’t worry. I will let this before and after photo to speak for itself and how much I appreciate this nose I have now! Yay am so excited and can’t wait until I can finally wear eyeglasses and sunnies without making them fall from my face! haha, yes that’s the ultimate goal! lol Updated on 13 Sep 2020: My nostrils are slowly becoming symmetrical as days go by and as of now I don’t have visible scars. Even if someone looks closely no one can tell I had stitches on my columella and nostril sides. Doctor Sanjay has gentle hands. I was really expecting these scars to be really brutal as what I have seen on Rhinoplasty vlogs but thankfully I had none! I am not applying any scar cream, just the fucidin as antibiotic for the wound. Updated on 5 Oct 2020: posting here an upate after 24days from op day. Can we just post photos here for updates? It’s tiresome to type! lol. So I had follow-up check ups quite frequently which I appreciate that means Doctor wanted to keep close watch. I saw him the day after op, the following week, the week after and at 1month. He has scheduled to see me again on 2nd month. My nose is still swelling unevenly :( I was really prepared physically but not emotionally. I thought I was mentally ready before the surgery. No regrets though. Perhaps it’s just the fear of having nose deviations permanently or maybe I am still not accustomed to my new nose. The most important thing is choosing a surgeon who will be with you throughout the journey and will not let you suffer mental stress.Anyway, I will post after a year. I don’t want to obsess and think about it too much.

I had sagging eyelids and desperately wanted to get rid of that. After one research, picked Dr Sanjay. He explained everything to me, was very nice and careful and didn’t play this “I-have-more-important-things-going-on” game which many doctors do making one feel very small. I love the results and would totally recommend it. Although it was the most expensive offer in Dubai

I just had Rhinoplasty with Dr Sanjay at Cocoona and it was amazing from start to finish. I cannot recommend him and the clinic enough. I was so nervous, did lots of research and was recommended Dr Sanjay from a friend. The consultation made me feel so comfortable and he understood exactly what I wanted. The surgery went so well I feel like he was extremely delicate with me as I barely had any bruising or swelling. The end result looks so good, even though it took me a while to get used to as it was a slight shock! Dr Sanjay is so warm and made me feel relaxed throughout. He really is the best surgeon!

Dr. Sanjay Parashar, he is an amazing doctor and he is great at what he does. I am very happy with my results he did answome job I would definitely recommend him if you want a tummy tuck or a chin lift. His staff Danya and Asha have been very helpful and available if I had questions. You are in safe hands. Dr Sanjay explained everything clearly and put my mind totally at ease about the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanjay Parashar. Again I'm very happy with my results.

For years I have spoken about getting breast implants but never acted on it. When I moved to Dubai I started my research and knew that It was Dr Sanjay who I wanted to do the op. I visited Dr Sanjay for a consultation in June 2016 and he made me feel so comforted with his knowledge but also with his understanding of what I wanted. I booked my surgery for 4 weeks after my first appt with Dr Sanjay with another consultation in between. I felt very happy that Dr Sanjay listened to exactly what it was that I wanted to achieve and guided me based on this. The operation went brilliantly and my partner was able to stay over at the hospital with me too for the night. I'm so glad that i took the step to have the op I have always wanted and I'm so glad to have done it with Dr Sanjay.

I am 28 years old, and 40 days before I had abdomen, flanks and breast liposuction with Dr Sanjay. We were planing to have all areas together but my blood test results didn't allow us to have full anesthesia. So Doctor explained to me the reason and I did first the breast and 10 days after abdomen and flanks. Dr Sanjay and nurses were very professional and friendly same time. I had many questions and always was getting a very detailed answer. The first week after the abdomen liposuction was painful but not something crazy, just normal after every surgery. I saw many photos before and after liposuction and I believe that my result is better than all of them. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanjay without doubt. I really feel that he changed my body and my psychology too.

AMAZING RESULTS! I did my breast 3 years ago and I am so happy every day with the results. I was 29 and my breast was sagging. Dr. Sanjay did the MASTECTOMY (Lollipop) where he lifted the breast and added implants. The scars are almost gone & it looks so natural and very sexy. 2 of my friends went there as well and they are all happy and healthy. Last week I went to give my upper lip a tiny little volume without looking like a duck. He knew exactly what I was talking about. It looks natural and not plastic. It was a hard decision to go for a liposuction for the chin as I tried to loose weight but the double chin always gave an impression that I look fuller I approached different clinics and doctors but they confirmed that the process will leave me with scars and I will need to wear a garments for one month at least ! I conducted a huge amount of research into surgeons in Dubai in regards to breast implants. I of course had concerns about not having surgery in my "home country" of England, but having read many great reviews about Dr. Sanjay I booked a consultation. I actually booked 4 consultations with different Doctors so that I could make sure I had really looked into who the best person was and who I felt most comfortable with. Dr. Sanjay was the first consultant that I saw...after seeing him I cancelled the other consultations. From the moment walked into his office I felt at ease. He really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice as to what he felt would work for me, but with no pressure. His calming approach reassured me and I came away feeling as though it was absolutely the right decision to be using him for my surgery. Nothing was too much to ask, I asked the same questions a few times so I had things clear in mind, each time met with a smile with Dr. Sanjay going into more detail. He was able to show me examples of his work as testimony to his craft which speaks for itself. The day of the surgery I felt at ease, no concerns. The surgery went well, I was very well looked after by the staff and nurses at the hospital. When the bandages came off, and although there was a lot of swelling, I was already over the moon! It has now been 4 months since my surgery and I love my breasts more and more each day. Dr. Sanjay has changed my life and I cannot thank him enough! His is such a talented and professional surgeon and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone, and also using him for any other surgery I may have in future - he will be my go to man, I would not feel comfortable having someone else operate on me.
