I had my follow up session after the surgery today and more than me I think Dr. Ashok was happy with the results. Dr. Ashok is a gentle soul with gentle hands. This is the best way to describe him. I have had a bruise from the blood test for the pre anesthesia but I didn't have any bruises from the surgery done by Dr. Ashok. I think that says it all. And until today I didn't have any pain. Just follow his instructions and you will be fine. I visited him in Valiant Clinic and got the vip room. The team he works with is also excellent. The anesthesia went smoothly and I could eat and drink after the surgery.

t took me 6 months to search for someone that can perform a total capsulectomy and explant of my 13 yrs old silicone 305cc implants. From the start i realised that this is considered very specialised surgery. Dr Ashok's name kept on coming up and i soon realised he was probably the only one in the UAE who can perform this surgery. How easy it was to place them, how difficult to have them removed!!! But Dr Ashok was on another lever of service. My consultation with him was a good 90 minutes. I never felt rushed into anything. He was so kind as to fit me in with his travel plans and gave me a special package to make it affordable for me to do. But now i can say with absolute confidence..you cannot buy experience. Dr Ashok is not only the expert in his field, but also has a heart for what he does. His only concern is for you to be at ease, heal well and be free of the symptoms of BII. On the day of surgery, he visited me with a smile on his face and a steady hand as he planned his surgery on my chest. Always making me feel comfortable and relaxed. To say the truth, i was super exited. Directly after the operation i woke up and moved onto the trolley by myself. I spent the evening with my husband in hospital. Dr Ashok always kept me in the loop, always reminding me of the next step and this was no different. He shared with me photos and videos of my operation and once again his expertise was undeniable and incomparable. I really appreciated that he still had time after a day of surgeries to think about his patients. I went home after the night in hospital, no drains, no pain or any discomfort. This is only the 2nd day post op and i can say my fears were totally unfounded. If anyone out there is reading this, don't hesitate, go and see Dr Ashok, you will not be disappointed.

The recovery process was super smooth and easy, I didn't feel any sort of pain or bruising even right after the surgery, I was able to resume back to my normal life 3 days post-op, which was just shocking to me. I'm still amazed at how everything turned out because I've never looked at my boobs and felt like they were perfect until now. Today i'm 3 weeks post-op and my boobs have already dropped and softened out; they look super natural no one would ever realise that I had a breast augmentation. I found Dr Govila by researching the best doctors for breast augmentation in Dubai and when I read that he had 45 years of experience and has done more than 50,000 successful surgical procedures, I immediately decided to go to him. Sure enough, my experience with breast augmentation was excellent. The surgery performed by Dr Govila, Dr Navanka (the anesthetist) and the rest of the crew went perfectly well without any issue and I was ready to go home a few hours later. I am very happy with the result and will definitely recommend anyone to go there. Not only did the surgery go well, but I was also properly taken care of by the clinic in a wonderful manner before surgery and after. First of all I have to say that I can’t describe Dr.Ashok Govila’s kindness and how much he cared about every single details, in words, from the first I knew that i want to do me explant with him, his hands are miracle. I’m an abroad patient, I found him on Facebook group (breast implant illness by Nicole) I Emailed him, I texted him and DM him in instagram, in a short time he reply to all my messages very patiently and we were be in touch all most everyday, and we had video call and again he answered all my questions in such a wonderful manner. After that he helped me with finding a hotel to stay with a great deal, and talked to a person for me, and i think these are way beyond his job, and I’m so thankful for that. And the important part was the surgery that goes great, I can’t believe how everything goes smoothly. Before and after the surgery he contacted me everyday, and because of that it makes me feel so much relaxed, he even reminded me to do what i had to do. After a few hours he emailed me the pictures of my implants and later the nurse brings them for me. And the scar is so small and I’m so happy about it. God bless him, I’m so thankful to find him. About the anesthetist, he was just the same and he was really a caring person, and everything went great with procedure. About the Valiant clinic, this place is so clean and everything was perfectly prepared. About his staff, they were super nice and friendly, they were so aware of the patient, and everything was perfect.

Sooooo Grateful for Dr.Ashok! I have tried other surgeons here in dubai but Dr.Ashoks’ work is so far the best when it comes to natural results and very attentive to detail! And he does an amazing job!This is my second time going to Dr Ashok. I went to him to do a revision Rhinoplasty years ago and he made everything feel so smooth and simple and i was more than pleased with the results. I got in touch with Dr Ashok when I was under an immense amount of stress. His response was reassuring and he told me to calm down and breathe. After a few minutes of chatting we had scheduled my consultation and I already felt comfortable with him because of his calm yet professional approach. Since I was an international patient I was going to need to fly in for my consultation and surgery. Dr. Ashok is honestly one of the best surgeons I have ever met. He is beyond caring and really there for his patients 24/7.
