After 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding I needed something to boost my self esteem . I had a horrible c-section scar that I could even see through tight clothes and bikini . I decided at last to do something about it so I had a breast lift and augmentation and a c-section scar review and liposuction on the abdomen. Only 2and a half weeks after the surgery, which went like a breeze , I can say that it was the best thing I've ever done . The scars are barely visible and noone Notices that I had a breast augmentation cause it looks so natural which was exactly the look I was looking for . He took his time explains things to me and my husband , what options I had , what's gonna be done and how long the recovery process will take and he answered all the many questions I had . From the moment I walked in the clinic for a consultation, I was given very good care and service. Also the staff at Aestheticon clinic was very professional, friendly and supportive. Dr. Ghofrani spent a lot of time to explained the whole procedure, answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. He is very professional and clarified the expected results without unrealistic promises. The surgery went well and I recovered fine in very short time. Everything healed great and the scar is already almost invisible. I am nearly 12 weeks post op and extremely happy with the results - I wish I hadn't waited so long to go under the procedure.

I am a quite confident lady! and no I didn't wanna do it to get more attention from guys! I wanted to love myself a little more!! and Dr. Ghofrani helped that happen in the best way! Almost no pain and quite a lot of gain! :) I was up from DAY 3! and didn't need the sports bra after two weeks, got back to cycling in a month and swimming in two months. Life is good! and I love my new look :)

I came to Dr. Ghofrani because i had an inflammation in my right breast after an augmentation in Germany. Furthermore i was very unhappy with the shape of my fresh operated breast in general. Dr. Ghofrani helped me a lot through a hard time. He removed the implant from the left breast and a few weeks after the inflammation was gone he totally reformed also my right breast. With a lot of patience and in a very professional and understandable manner he explained me how he can achieve a better result. That is why i invested again and i decided also to let him redo my right, healthy breast. The result is amazing. I am very very happy with my breast now and i wish i had met him earlier. He operated me two times, both times i had very less pain in my breast. Compared to my first surgery in Germany the pain after his surgery was nearly nothing. I was very irritated about this and asked the staff in the hospital about other patients. They told me that all of Dr. Ghofranis patients are giving this feedback and most of them have less pain then patients from other surgeons. I was highly impressed. I trust Dr. Ghofrani for 110 %, he is one of the most competent surgeons i have ever met and i would not hesitate to recommend him to everybody. Later on i also decided to do a lip augmentation. This was the third time i did a lip augmentation, before i went to other doctors. This time the results were outstanding and the lips look very natural and beautiful. I would not hesitate to go ahead with other treatments with Dr. Ghofrani as i am convinced that he absolutely knows what he does and that the results are faraway better then with average surgeons. He is doing perfectionism!
