I would like to tell my story of wonderful transformation. To tell the truth I had been always thinking to have my nose smaller and more beautiful. But I have never thought seriously about it. So It was my boy friend who paid attention saying that it would be much better if I made up my mind to make rhinoplasty. In may 2017, we started seaching for good doctors in istanbul and ankara in turkey. We have made a list of doctors called them had some meetings. It wasnt easy at all because the numbers of doctors are huge. And you never know who is good specialist and who is not. We read a lot of reviews we spoke to people who made rhinoplasty operation before. At last doctor Muhitdin Eski attracted our attention. He didnt advertised himself too much. we started to surf internet looking for information about him. We read a lot of reviews and couldnt find even one bad review about Prof. Dr. Muhitdin Eski. While speaking to him several timesl over the phone we felt that we had taken right decision. So our operation date was fixed on 10 june 2017. And we arrived in ankara. we liked Ankara Memorial Hospital and Doctors staff. I wanna mention that everthing was going on a way like doctor explained us. I was very excited before operation. But doctor spoke to me in a very quite way. So it gave me peace of mind:) My operation lasted almost 4 hours (because doctor mentioned that he would finish operation after elimination all problems. So, operation was completed successfully and i was taken to the ward, where i stayed till next evening. The staff was attentive and they looked after me the whole night. Some words about my rehabilitation period: now I can say it was okey. I wanna mention that there wasnt so much swelling on my face and almost no bruises. This fact made me feel good. I m sure rehabilitation period 90% depends on doctor s professionalism and experience. As a result : I can say that me and my boy friend are completely happy. Its great to have new wonderful nose. I wanna express my endless gratitude to our doctor Muhitdin Eski.

Went to two different doctors. FIrst one was hurrying me, didn't even look at my breasts before he said he will only do submuscular placement. Basically told me just told me to do the vectra thing, didn't take any measurements. Second doctor was soo much better. Talked firstly about safety, his board certification, and listened really closely to my concerns. He noted that with my tuberous breasts, submuscular placement would likely cause "double bubble" and said I had sufficient tissue for subglandular placement too. I don't want anything that looks "va-voom", I just want to have boobs! I I have always been thick-waisted with big flanks/lovehandles, so i figured as long as I'm knocked out, why not fix that too? My surgery is scheduled for Friday. Eeek I am getting nervous. I had my bloodwork today. Sort of about the pain, but also about how do I hide this from my coworkers? Friends? Updated on 12 Sep 2014: The doctor I used regularly has his patient stay over night post op so that's where I am. Its about 330am here. Everything went smoothly. I have the receipt card for the implants, plus there is a really nasty jar of fat over in the corner. Should tell them to take it away because I'm really not into seeing it. Everything went as planned. Got to the hospital about 6 pm for admissions. Dr. Eski came and marked me up, which involved lotals of sitting, standing up, and laying down, he even asked me to do a situp to see where the folds were. Met my anesthesiologist and he asked a few questions. I got my iv inserted, and the last thing I remember is being wheeled toward the operating room thinking "I hope the anesthesia is good." Needless to say it was and I woke up back in my hospital room with my doctors and boyfriend at my side. Doctors looked pretty tired ( it was almost 11pm when they were dobe ) so I just asked how it went, told them I was feeling fine and that they should head home. They were so sweet I honestly feel like they would have stayed all night if I has asked. Boyfriend stayed until around 2 am ( he was really sleepy but I was basically wide awake since I'd just come out from a four hour nap. Pain was about a 6 when I first came out and I think in my loopyness I told the nurse this about a hundred times. Got an injection of basically high strength Tylenol into my butt muscle. Started feeling better in about an hour. No pain now, just really uncomfortable. I'm usually a side sleeper so not sure how I will sleep tonight. But apparently they are bringing me "breakfast" and pain pills at 4 am so hopefully that helps. No tightness of chest because I went subglandular. Just lifted up the blanket and realized I have a catheter. Yeesh! Can't wait to get that thing out. That's all for now. I'll post pics in the morning. Updated on 15 Sep 2014: Sorry for the delay but its been a rough 48 hours. Stayed in the hospital until 4pm the day after surgery, and felt overall okay but just really tired. Doctor looked me over, replaced my bandages and sent me home. Boyfriend drove and every little bump in the road hurt. Boyfriend had wanted to make me a nice dinner but I was sooo uncomfortable. I've basically been sleeping since then. After I left the hospital the only painkillers I was given was extra strength Tylenol, which was rough. Plus the antibiotics gave my diarrhea so now I have to eat a lot of probiotic yogurt to combat that. [RS bleep] feel huge and swollen and pointy, and my abdomen is so swollen it sticks out even further than they do! Counting the hours til my check up appointment because I can shower after it. Hoping to go back to work tomorrow. Gosh I hope at least one of my suits will fit! Updated on 15 Sep 2014: Updated on 28 Sep 2014: The worst of it is behind me. I was very uncomfortable for the first week, and just sore the second. Very happy with my results, think the girls are beautiful. They are finally starting to feel like part of me, not foreign invaders! I've been wearing lots of layers at work to at least make it less obvious, and thankfully the weather got cold here quickly so that's helped. Still have 8 incision marks and the stitches show no sign of dissolving but I've read they start going away around the three week mark. Boobs are finally not rock hard. I love how my clothes look on me now, and bra shopping was fun for once! Boyfriend is very happy with the new look even though he was against the surgery in principle. Only real downside right now is the change in sensation in my nipples. Feeling as returned to them (I had nothing in either for the first weekish) but its sort of a sore, nauseating feeling when they are touched. I'm hoping with massage and time things return to normal.
