Based on your photos, you have large shaded area and very limited donor area, which means your donor are will not let the surgeon extract the amount of grafts to cover at least 2/3 of the shaded area by FUE method.
You could have combined surgery, which is FUT+FUE, however that might not be your best choice, since you are concerned about the scars.

You should also keep in your mind that this is big amount and you already had surgery before, there might be possibility that with only FUE your donor area might be over-harvested.

Once you archive the final results, and all the transplanted hair has been grown, they will be just like your natural hair, even if you pull the out, they will regrow back, unless you pull out the graft, which will wont be possible.

Once the grafts are placed, they will not come off or wont be damaged, unless you have some physical contact which might cause damaging.
I highly advice to all my patients 2 weeks off the physical contacts of the surgical area, the head can be touched only during the washing procedure, and should be very gentle.

The experience was good but there was missing very important information: 1. The doctor doesn’t perform the operation himself, his team does, they are very professional but they should mention it before closing a deal 2. You need to choose which areas to focus, this should happen way before the process so we will have time to think, doing it with the doctor on spot was a bit pressured in time. 3. Two patients arrive early in the morning and one at noon, if you arrive with a friend ask to come together 4. The clinic is in the Turkish part of Cypress, they don’t mention it, all of the employees are turkish and very nice.
