I am very happy with the outcome, and I feel I look 10 years younger and fresh. Most important, I still look like myself. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Tiryaki and team. Just the most incredible transformation after having a face and neck lift. Mr. Tyriaki’s results exceeded expectations by far. The results are both natural and significant. So far, I have only had a consultation with Dr Tiryaki in Istanbul. I have had a few consultations with plastic surgeons in the past which have been fine, but Dr Tiryaki’s was by far the most efficient and informative. His clinic is really beautiful and he goes through before and after photos as well as information on the ageing process, using a TV screen mounted on the wall. It’s a simple touch but one I haven’t seen anyone else use and it allows you to see faces in detail rather than peering at small images on a surgeon’s laptop. He advised me on what was best for me and suggested options that were actually less expensive which I really appreciated. My overall impression was that he was an experienced professional at the top of his game who is passionate about his work. Long review: (see below) If you are considering having a facelift in Turkey, seriously consider Tunc Tiryaki. He may be more expensive than other surgeons or clinics there, but he still charges a very reasonable price for the service and the result he achieves, which is excellent. I knew who he was years ago but I didn’t think I’d be able to afford him as he was obviously very good and had been featured in Tatler as one of the best facelift surgeons in London. However, to my surprise I discovered that a minilift was considerably cheaper than a full facelift and sometimes by the photos, seemed to achieve the same result. Tunc Tiryaki is well known for his minilifts and the price is even more reasonable if the surgery is performed in Istanbul and also includes 1 night in the hospital which I very much appreciated. I had a local anaesthetic with sedation and was asleep the whole time. It was like having a general anaesthetic without feeling it afterwards. I could tell straight away that he had done a good job but I always felt reassured that I had him as my surgeon. He is efficient and ‘to-the-point’ which are qualities that enable him to get the job done in under 2 hours. He is also kind and cares about his patients. When I first saw a clip where he spoke about fat transfer, I thought then, that I would love to have that done by him and here I am years later, job done! It is only 3 weeks post-surgery but people I know can’t tell I’ve had anything done as it is so natural!! I’m sure there will be subtle changes in the next few months and I am very grateful to Dr Tiryaki for what he has done for me. I will write a blog about my experience at some point- more to follow! Updated on 23 Aug 2024: At the moment, my face still feels a bit tight which is completely normal. I feel that most of the swelling has gone down and nobody seems to have noticed a thing! That's fine as I am very happy with the result and I look natural but without the sag- exactly what I wanted :)

I spent months looking into the treatment and looking at potential doctors to carry out the work. The search took me as far as South Africa, Columbia, Turkey and of course the UK, where I’m based. All the countries I looked at are leaders in the field of cosmetics. I started to see specific names appear regularly and Dr Tiryaki’s name was very prominent. Not only were his reviews very good, there was also a lot of text about his work alongside the surgical procedures and it’s that that I found just as interesting. I saw videos on YouTube and also watched vlogs that people had posted about their own treatment they’d received with Dr Tiryaki. I read reviews and articles in Tatler and so on. It was all very impressive so I decided to have the treatment done with him. In short, the work that Dr Tiryaki has done is outstanding. In fact I’m a little shocked. Every element of work he attended to has been transformed. What’s nice is that there’s a significant change in each area but at the same time it’s done in such a way that the change in appearance isn’t aggressive, isn’t ‘A little too obvious’ and isn’t ‘over the top’. It has transformed my appearance. I’d asked the doctor if he could take 5 years off my face without making it obvious and that he has done to perfection. I could not recommend him more to anyone. I am astounded by what he has done and I’m very grateful and will not hesitate to go to him again in the future.
