A: Based on the photo upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer + brow lifting can be recommended for a beautiful facial appearance, but if you are only interested in the lower part of the eyes, lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer can be performed. A: It can be done with filler but it won't be a permanent result. Our recommendation is can fix bone and tip in one by rhinoplasty and you can very good shape and result.
A: Hello. Rhinoplasty, lip lifting can be done in one session but it is not reccomending. There is to much reasons, one of them: if you will have closed rhinoplasty the lip lifting can be performed otherwise with regular rhinoplasty you will have blood circulation or worst necrosis risks. In general we are not reccomending these 3 surgeries together because of the recovery of nose, first you have to see and understand the shape of nose, minimum after 3 month lip lifting and lower bleparoplasty can be performed.
A: It is time for a revision. Breast implant exchange and lifting can be performed (recommended). Due to aging, the skin naturally sagged, but implant, which placed under the muscle (as can be seen from the photo), remained fixed. For this reason, it is recommended to perform a lifting for shaping and exchange the implant.
