Everything was made easy. Arrival, trips to clinic etc. They took good care and made sure everything went as it should. They were very professional and I highly recommend thos clinic. I have hair again.

The trip to Ankara and the clinic was great. The clinic staff was friendly and took good care of me throughout the trip. A little over a year has passed since the operation. The results are really good, the hair is like a young man's and the hat is no longer a mandatory item of clothing :) There were good instructions for aftercare after the operation, and no side effects have appeared. I wholeheartedly recommend Civa's clinic!

after long research with many clinics in Turkey I came to choose Dr Civas due to his exceptional approach of dedicating one day to one patient and his extensive experience in hair transplantation. The team was very expert and miss zaynap also very helpful.

I visited Dr Civas' Hair Transplangt Center twice; first time in 2021 and recently in February 2023. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had a great experience as well. Checking potential clinics online drove me crazy, digging through a lot of (obvious) fake reviews and marketing campaigns. Previously I was rejected treatment by 2 other hair clinics, because they assessed that I did not have enough donor hair. After sending a few photos of the donor area and recipient area to Dr Civas' clinic, they told me there were possibilities. Dr Civas has been very open, honest and realistic about the possibilities and the results to expect. The communication with the clinic was great, aside from booking your flight ticket, they take care of the rest. Communication with Zeynep was super friendly and responsive and the clinic makes sure your are taken care of during the 3 or 4 days you are travelling/staying. The treatment and aftercare were very pleasant. If you are hesitating because of the "painful" procedure or the eventual result; don't. The whole experience is very pleasant (I slept through most of the treatment) and the result is, for me personally, life changing. Thanks Dr Civas, Zeynep and the team!

I had an amazing experience 2 month ago in Civasclinik. Dr Civas is really professional and pleasant. The surgery went well and I didn’t feel pain at all. The stuff is brilliant. Zeynep helped me and my girlfriend find our suitcase that lost on a flight during. I can’t find words to thank enough for everything. I definitely recommend the clinic. Now I will wait for the results. :)

I contacted the clinic via whats up. From the beginning, communication was effortless and it was easy to come to terms. During the trip, everything was taken care of really well for the clinic. The clinic arranged all the rides I needed, including rides to see the sights, etc. The hotel was also good, organized by the clinic. The clinic staff was really friendly and professional and kept making sure the patient was all right. The operation was painless and everything went really well. The guidance and instructions after the operation were thorough and easy to understand. The clinic has taken care of it even after the operation, and all questions have been answered quickly. All in all, the whole process left a really good feeling, and I have nothing to regret. Currently, 6 days have passed since the operation, so now I am just waiting for the results :)

I got my hair transplant done a week ago and I can’t be happier with the service I received from their clinic. Dr Civas and his entire staff do an amazing job. Very professional friendly and transparent and they have full package of services. They explained everything and detailed pause the surgery and after the surgery they communicate everything with me before I came to Ankara and a follow up with me even when I went back to Kuwait.
