While researching the possibility of breast reduction surgery here in New Zealand or overseas I spoke to a friend of mine here who is a Nurse Practitioner. She knew 3 women who had breast reduction surgery in Bangkok , Thailand and they had highly recommended that I contact Dr Siripong & Amy . I am so grateful that I chose to have this surgery done by Dr Siripong as it has been a hugely positive life-changing experience. The skill, professionalism, caring & communication is absolutely first class and exceeded any expectations I had prior to my operation at the end of December 2025. Every step of the way everything was clearly communicated & any questions answered starting off with the initial contact with Amy via What's app. I was provided pre-op info such as medications to avoid, how to prepare/what to do on surgery day . A list of places to stay - this was so worth it , I stayed 700 metres from the hospital which made the follow up appointments easy. The pre-op appointment once I arrived in Bangkok was a breeze - meeting Alexandra at the hospital main entrance and escorted to blood tests, xray, ECG - consult with the cardiologist, all within an hour. Then the joy of meeting Amy & Dr Siripong in person for the surgery consult, it confirmed for me that I had made the best decision to go under their care. Surgery day was without issue or anxiety, caring and professional staff, luxury surroundings, high tech equipment. Post op - care was second to none, no pain what-so-ever, and immediate relief felt from the reduction, the awful weight was now gone. The following 2 weeks there were regular dressing changes and update on my progress, best advice to rest and stay in the cool air-con of the hotel and avoid the hot sunny time of the day if choosing to go out. The final appointment being when Dr Siripong removed the stitches and I was given medications and dressings to take with me. Sad to say good bye to them both, but feeling very fortunate I went through this life changing event with them - they are the best at what they do.

I can't thank Dr. Siripong and Amy enough for the service they provided. I had been living with a large lipoma on my scalp for well over a decade. As the lipoma grew it led to a substantial ball spot in the front of my forehead. Dr Siripong and his staff are fluent in English, that's a huge help during any consultation. After discussing my past medical history and any concerns, I was able to quickly book my procedure with Dr Siripong do to my needing to fly back to Singapore within a few days. The surgery was painless and went according to plan. What really stands out is the post care follow up. Since I was scheduled to return to Singapore two days after my surgery. I was asked to send photos ever two days for evaluation from Dr Siripong and his staff. Anytime I had questions, the staff would respond immediately. After healing, you can't see where the incision was made. This is a testament to the experience Dr Siripong has amassed over his 27 years of practicing. I honestly couldn't be happier. Plus my hair is already starting to grow back after less than a month of healing. I'd recommend Dr Siripong for any of your cosmetic surgery needs.

Recently return from Bangkok after having surgery with Dr Siripong Prasertsuntarasai and I couldn't be happy. I am only 18 days post op and the scars are almost invisible. I am still slightly swollen but that is decreasing by the day. He is friendly. Professional and does a great work. Amy was a complete delight to deal with. The hospital and hospital staff make our hospitals in Australia look very 3rd rate. I just can't speak highly enough of my experience.

What else can I say apart from exceptional. I chose Dr Siripong due to the reviews and I’m so glad I did. The care taken by those around him was something I haven’t experienced before and I doubt I’ll experience again unless I had surgery with Dr Siripong. I had Dr. SiriPong correct gyncomastia under both nipples. He is a total professional and made me feel completely at ease. I elected to do the procedure under local anesthesia. I had been putting off otoplasty for years. I told myself it was because of the cost, but in reality I was scared. I did some research online and found Dr. Siripong. His results looked good in the pictures, and so I scheduled an appointment through his assistant, the lovely Amy. It didn't take long for Dr. Siriping to put me at ease, and so I scheduled the surgery. What I really liked about Dr. Siripong was his reassuring demeanor. I am not brave under the knife, and I asked lots of questions. He answered even the stupid ones all the way up to and during the surgery. I always felt I was is extremely capable hands. Yes, you read that correctly. I elected to be awake during the otoplasty and it was fine. You will be swollen around the ears and face for a few days, and yes it is uncomfortable while the swelling goes down, but take your pain pills and you should be fine. Now for the results: excellent. Otoplasty isn't something that my friends noticed, but they have asked if something is different. I just smile and tell them to let me know if they figure it out. My confidence has increased, and I'm now getting used to having semetrical ears lay flat against my head. In short: If you need otoplasty and want a kind, thorough doctor who genuinely cares, Dr. Siripong is the right choice.
