Myself being a male of seventy enjoying a life-long career in the Beauty Industry, my appearance is important. After many years of hating my tummy (my weight has always been up and down) I have decided to bite the bullet and have a tummy tuck procedure. After reviews from acquaintances, I have decided to go with Destination Beauty in Bangkok as so reasonably priced. I initially was only going to have a tummy tuck and liposuction to upper abdomen, outer thighs and love handles only but have now decided to also include a breast lift (no implants). I have juggled with Gorgeous Getaways and Destination Beauty, but the recent experiences of people I know with Beauty Destination and good outcome led me to booking with them. Patty at Destination Beauty has been very helpful and responsive to the majority of my numerous queries. At one stage there was one or two which she didn't respond to but I think was due to me sending so many. I am feeling quite nervous having read some reviews but there has been good and bad and i have personally heard of more good and seen results (breast reduction and tummy tuck) of people I know - so all booked and paid for now and no turning back. I am also going tyo get my teeth whitened and some filling whilst over there. Updated on 16 Nov 2017: Well received all my documents today to and ha e 8 weeks to go. Packing today as away locally before I fly to Thailand. Starting to feel nervous, worried about being by myself, whole lot of little things like what if tt mutilates my back tattoo, what if I get infection, what if what if what if. Lol. Updated on 1 Jan 2018: So, last night before I fly out! Feeling quite nervous actually. Part of me wondering if am doing the right thing. Have my bags all packed and so many things! Betadine, Arnica, Scar tape and so the list goes on. I also bit the bullet and ordered a Bonita recovery garment that will be in NZ when I return. I figure if am spending $20k it pays to get a really good compression garment. I read a really fab review earlier today so feeling better about Destination Beauty and going alone. THis is what these people do every day, is their business and so very equipped to deal with me and my body. Have been advised to not freak out when they tape your arms out - apparently, that occurs before you are knocked out and freaks people out a bit. Still undecided about the Breast Lift but will wait till I talk with Dr NJ. next post is from Thailand. Happy New Year people :) Updated on 2 Jan 2018: So am here in Bangkok! There is a part of me that can’t believe I am doing this. But here I am. Very scary and very odd. I am still undecided about breast lift as my hubby reiterated a number of time, that I do not need that and given have never been worried about my boobs am very unsure. I think the solution is to wait till see what Dr NJ says. Updated on 4 Jan 2018: Well after my consultation with Dr NJ, I decided to go with the breast lift. No implants but apparently it will make them a little perky and not have my nipples going south. Seems stupid to not do it whilst here. Very little pain with boobs which is great. Now the liposuction is a different story, very sore and numb. Hopefully is worth it. I am getting the extended tummy tuck this afternoon as Dr NJ didn’t want to do together as long surgery and conflicting body positions. So back for tummy tuck this afternoon. The care at the hospital has been fabulous, the nurses are lovely and despite the language barrier communicate well. Such graciousness and kindness mixed in with humour. Will post pics later when something to show. I took photos of the fat sucked out but sure ppl don’t need to see that. So, so far so good. Will feedback later. Updated on 6 Jan 2018: Will be interesting to see free photos ???????????? Updated on 16 Jan 2018: Well last day in Bangkok and what a ride. I am pleased with the majority of things but quite devastated not as positive outcome yet and hoping things do settle down. I was one of the unlucky ones who developed fluid (seroma) and quite a large one, so it looks like big mound on tummy. Am hoping it will go down with the compression garments. If not down and absorbed in three months will need to look at coming back for revision apparently. Am hoping my go at home will monitor and we will see how we go from there. All Siri he’s out , no huge drama there except I was allergic to stitching thread but jut meant was inflamed. All looks great, still swollen and I have my big pocket of fluid. Have met some wonderful people having different surgeries too. It is hard doing alone initially but does get easier. Overall, I am somewhat disappointed due to seroma, but still pleased and hopeful things will settle and decrease over next few months. I can not praise Destination Beauty highly enough. All the staff, particularly the nurses and support team at the hospital were amazing.I can not recommend them or thank them enough. Potentially if I was going to have any work done or revision I think I wold request Dr Ankana as in my last session with my I felt unheard and a little belittled regarding my concerns. Dr NJ did a great job though. So back to the real world. Am going to come back to Thailand as a pure tourist in the near future. Love it here.

Me and my Husband decided to do the mommy make over for me to feel more confident. I’m thin I’m 40kg and 160 in tall. I was afraid to do it but I really wanted to try. So this October 15 was my surgery day. Everything is ready. My surgeon told me that he can just put 200cc because I’m thin so for me it doesn’t matter as Long as my breasts are look great. So my surgery is 8pm then finished by 11pm together with mini tummy tuck. It was really painful ???? especially my breast but for my tummy I don’t have problem at all only on the 1st day. I felt that something is inside my boobs like a hard things. But in the end surgery goes very well. Thanks to my surgeon. On the next day I can walk 1 time. On the second day I can walk 3 times. Then next day I can sit on my own I can stand on my own. I can go toilet on my own. October 19 I took shower and it’s really nice I didn’t feel pain. But still sometimes my breast are like something is hard inside which is a bit painful. I’ll show u the before and after photo here. If you can see last October 18 my Surgeon take off my 3 drainage tubes. Updated on 22 Oct 2017: So now it’s exactly 1 week post op and I’ll show u how my boobs like. My boobs Still a bit separated to each other but I think sooner will be closer. Sorry about the Color of my nipples and stitches my Husband just cleaned it so won’t have any infections. I liked it looks big to me because I’m slim. About pain now I didn’t feel too much pain only when I try to lay down for a Long hours then I feel my boobs are swollen. I had my tummy tuck too but I will update how it looks like later. Other than that everything’s is fine. ???????? Updated on 23 Oct 2017: So far so good ???? my tummy is not painful. My nurse visited me yesterday so she said my healing is good. She didn’t see any infections so I’m happy with that. I will share my photos as 9 Days after my surgery. So as I said my boobs are 200CC only because I’m thin. Both 200CC. And my tummy still a bit swallow ???? but it’s not pain. Updated on 29 Oct 2017: My suture is removed by my doctor’s assistant nurse. She said my healing is good. But still need to follow their advice to take shower at least 2 times. And I’ll show u my breast. And for the pain I didn’t feel pain Everyday only every morning. ???? Updated on 9 Nov 2017: Wew 4 weeks already. I felt really good specially this weeks. I can sleep side to side. My tummy is really flat. The scars looks great. I will use the scarguard to fade it away. I can walk fast and I can walk straight. I can raises my arms. I’ll show u guys how it looks like. Sorry bout nipples area I just finished to clean it with bitadine so it’s a bit reddish. I think my surgeon picked the best size for me.

I chose this doctor due to his age and experience. His work has been to date very satisfactory. I am only 2 months after breast augmentation and am very happy with the appearance. he did a wonderful job. The hospital was very comfortable and staff were excellent. Destination Beauty before surgery and after surgery communications have been very satisfactory and informative.

Dr Narongdej is soo amazing and nice! I had breast augmentation and being very petite I wanted a natural look but achieve a C cup size. From the recommendation Dr Naraondej gave me it was the exact size I wanted perfect for my body. The whole surgery experience was fantastic. Dr Narongdej is very experienced as I did not required any drains after my augmentation which my friends who have had surgery with other surgeons required to have drains for a week. I experience very little pain. I only needed pain relief for 4 hours post operation and after that I didn't take anymore pain relief at all. Dr Narondej is very professional and he always has a smile on his face. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and reassuring me before surgery as I was very worried prior to the operation. I am so pleased with the results from the surgery done by Dr Narongdej that I would recommend anyone to have him do the surgery for you. My mum also had Dr Narondej perform her surgery and she could not be happier. If I ever need anything done I would 100% go back to Bangkok just to get Dr Narondej to do my plastic surgery as he is better than most surgeons in Australia.
