My journey toward a decades-long wish to have my lower face reconfigured has taken a circuitous route in my life. However, I feel very fortunate to be Dr Guy’s loyal patient for almost two years now. Although I’m only a few weeks post-op from my triple procedure, I’m astounded at his incomparable results in sculpting a lovely face that I never thought was achievable. After consulting with many facial plastic surgeons in two states, I couldn’t have found a better doctor who walks the earth. Dr Guy is very knowledgeable and articulate about all aspects of his surgery practice as well as non-surgical aesthetic procedures. What makes him unique among highly qualified doctors is that he is genuinely empathetic, sincere, and dedicated to each patient and their individual issues. He is “a real person” with humility who answers all your questions with pragmatism, patience, and a good sense of humor. I actually stumbled upon Dr Guy when I was distraught over a medical issue unrelated to a facelift consultation. After sustaining a deep chemical peel burn from an esthetician unknown to Dr Guy, my research revealed that he is one of the few plastic surgeons in my metro area that have a sincere interest and skill in healing facial injuries. He was caring and vigilant during frequent follow-ups over several months. My tiny, barely noticeable scar could have been a lifelong disfigurement without Dr Guy’s skill. Since that time, I have enjoyed the best results with Botox and fillers at his office. My basis for comparison is similar aesthetic work done by other providers over a 13-year period. Dr Guy’s office is immaculately clean and his staff is cordial. Now on to The Main Event: my birthday gift was a lower facelift with jowl liposuction, necklift, and chin implant. Since I’ve had bad reactions to general anesthesia in prior surgeries, I opted for . . . (wait for it) surgery in his office with local anesthesia! This was a success by lowering my costs and recovery issues, as well as being a witness to my happy facial transformation by Dr Guy and his upbeat, competent team. Even my unemotional husband was so impressed by Dr Guy’s follow-up. He phoned daily to check my recovery progress, and was very prompt in responding to one concern during the winter holiday week. Staff sent us home with a Black Bag Kit containing ice packs and wound care supplies to facilitate healing. Although I still have some normal bruising and swelling, I’m healing rapidly and my results so far are phenomenal. Since adolescence, I’ve faced the world with fatty jowls and a receding chin. These got more pronounced with age, lately compounded by a turkey neck. Dr Guy magically reshaped my droopy squarish face to a soft oval. My jawline is crisp, complemented by a gamine neck. God bless you, Dr Guy! You have exceeded all my expectations.

After having a baby and not being able to self maintenance for almost two years I wasn’t feeling quiet myself and never thought I would get my youthful beautiful non sleep deprived face back. Dr. Guy is so talented and so welcoming. I have never felt so confident going in to surgery before. It’s a huge thing to consider making a permanent change to your face and I am so happy that it was Dr. Guy and his team that made the necessary adjustments to boost my confidence in the way I look. I had an amazing experience with Dr Guy, and I must share. My husband and I were involved in a serious accident last year, leaving me with a horrible forehead laceration scar that looked like the Grand Canyon. I had never been to a plastic surgeon so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Dr Guy has the best bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the procedure he was going to do. After having consultations with two plastic surgeons, I still had reservations about going forward with facial plastic surgery. That is until I decided to go for one last opinion. After meeting with Dr. Marshall Guy, it was a no brainer. I knew I had found my surgeon. My anxiety went right out the window. I was totally confident that I hit the jackpot! Besides everything else I’ve mentioned, he’s professional, smart, unique, charming, funny with personality plus and you can be assured that you’re the only person that matters during your visit with him. He is a wonderful family man and a tremendous asset to our community. When I go for my follow up visits, his personal persona is absolutely refreshing and uplifting. If he sounds too good to be true, I promise you he’s all that and more. I couldn’t be more pleased with my beautiful, natural and fresh new look. Had I known that he would make these surgical procedures such a breeze with very little pain, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Dr. Guy’s beautiful office and very caring staff only adds to a great experience. If you ever have any questions, they are always happy to help you. Finally I must mention that the staff at Memorial Hermann outpatient clinic on Pinecroft were some of the best. I highly recommend this facility for your surgical procedures. Doctor Guy began with a very in depth explanation on my first visit. He was very patient and took as much times as needed to answer my questions. His entire office staff is also well trained and helpful during every phase. I just cannot imagine another doctor having the marvelous technical proficiency and care that Dr. Guy had during my procedure. He is an amazing doctor. His care after the procedure was beyond compare. After an over night stay, and I went home he called to check on me for several days. He also sends you home with a kit that has everything you need to take care of any surgery sites. The best part of all I am very pleased with the results of my Neck Lift. I have never had a procedure like this before, but I will not consider anyone except Dr. Guy if I have any future procedures.

Dr. Guy is really amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and explains everything in detail. I had been researching chin augmentation for a long time and knew I wanted it, but was nervous to go through with it. He put me at ease and I knew he was the doctor for me. As for the procedure, he made sure I was as comfortable as possible (no pain!! Yay.) He's funny and cracks jokes, also not bad to have a cute doc. Lol. He took his time and fitted each size implant to make sure he was choosing the size that looked best for my face. He checks on you every day after your surgery to make sure you're doing well. I was so impressed with the results after a week of healing, I cried when I realized how good it looked. This guy is awesome, (no pun intended) if you're looking for the real deal, he's the one!!!

Dr. Guy is very professional and thoroughly explains each procedure. I am so happy with my results with each visit. He makes every client feel at ease and lets each client know they are his top priority. He stays on top of all the latest procedures to benefit his clients and never uses anything until it has proven results. I can't say enough about Dr. Guy and his team! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tonya is highly efficient and responds right away and is so sweet. Dr. Guy saved my wedding day. Being new to injectables I had received 30 Units of Dysport from a local Med spa that went tragically wrong in my opinion. With only 7 weeks till my wedding I was terrified of what my photos were going to look like. Even considered postponing so no one would see. He sat me down and talked me through and showed me 4 options, 1 of which was to do nothing at all which I really appreciated. He wasn’t trying to up sell me, only do what was best for me and my special day. I decided to do a small correction that day, and within 2 weeks it looked wonderful!! By week 3 my fiancé even noticed how great the results looked. I appreciate that he also set up a follow up appointment to simply look at results and see if I was happy! Then we could do alterations or get game plan for 3 weeks before wedding. This was always going to be a one time injection so I didn’t stress about my over active eye brow on my wedding day, but I am so pleased with these results I will continue treatment. I did also on my own ask about brightening cream which I have documented via photos to show improvement. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Guy and his incredibly kind staff.
